Purchased this and the factory thermostat when my factory one finally went out at 185,000. Bolted right up, and works just like the original.

Bought this to replace my 220,000 mile pump. This lasted 2 and a half years and started leaking quickly from the weep hole. Replaced it with a locally sourced Motorcraft pump. Sadly, both brands are now made in China. Warranty was up at 2 years so I was out the pump and labor again.

You will have to purchase a new lower hose attachment for the early model 7.3 .

Pump installation was easy (approx 3-4 hrs). The Pump started leaking from the weep hole around 10K miles. RiffRaff customer service said they get very few failures on this pump. They stepped up, credited my cc after I bought a replacement pump. I had to pay shipping for returned part, but can't complain. Thank you RiffRaff!
