Great product getting way better mpgs

Nice little kit, included all the orings needed for install. Took my 2001 7.3 fuel pressure from 51 at idle and 40 full throttle back up to 61psi idle and 59 wide open. Other kits I was considering only included a single spring and somehow thought it was worth over $25! Ridiculous. Once again riffraff is the best.

I bought this thinking I’d use the middle gold spring and reduce the pressure drop between idle and WOT. Once installed I was seeing higher pressure than I was comfortable with at no load (about 68) and still had a pressure drop to around 54 at WOT.
I ended up using the “stock” silver spring and it is running about 63psi no load now compared to my original of 58psi.
Bottom line, this is another quality product from riffraff but it’s not needed. You should have a pressure gauge to confirm since my actual ended up being a bit higher than expected by the spring chart. If I had it to do over again I would get the FPR rebuild kit instead.

Night and day difference, way better throttle response. Highly recommend doing this if you have a 7.3 powerstroke

I was very skeptical that this product would have any positive affect on my 2002 Powerstroke... WOW, was ever wrong about that! I really liked that I was given 3 (three) different springs to play with and that new O rings were included in the purchase! I chose to use the gold spring since my truck is basically stock (no programmer). Went for a test drive after installing it and was VERY impressed with my results. Truck seemed more responsive to the go-fast pedal and seemed to quieten down some too. Installation was a breeze... even though I’m not the best “wrencher” around by any means! Took me longer to round up tools out of my toolbox than it did to change the spring and O rings out! Literally, if I can do it then ANYONE can. Another home run for my truck and my wallet with this simple yet effective upgrade. This wasn’t my first Riffraff purchase and it definitely won’t be the last!!!

Installed the gold spring from this kit. It seemed to have really quieted down my engine at idle. A little better throttle response also.

Inexpensive, and I definitely noticed an improvement in throttle response in the low to mid throttle application.
