• Compressor Housing O-Ring
• Compressor Housing Outlet O-Ring
• 360 Thrust Bearings
• Shaft Carbon Seals
• Journal Bearings

Good kit
Had to puzzle over the main bearing replacement for a few minutes because it didn’t look exactly like the instructions and seemed to be able to go in more than one way, but was able to figure it out. Wheels spin much more freely now. I hear the turbo often now, whereas before I hardly ever heard it.

Great Kit
This is a great kit but you’ll need turbo/pedestal O-rings and I also ordered a compressor housing outlet o-ring because Clay recommended it when I emailed him asking him if I needed anything else. It includes 4 of the 12pt 8mm bolts (you need a total of 15 and shouldn’t reuse exhaust side old bolts), so you’ll want to order a couple packages of those. I failed to order those with my initial order. I also didn’t order up pipe hardware which I had to make a second order for. Unless you JUST replaced exhaust side hardware get EVERYTHING (up pipe reinstall kit, up pipe collector nuts, bolts, and the exhaust outlet 12pt 8mm bolts), don’t plan on reusing old stuff to save money like I did and then having to wait for another order and spend the $$ anyways. It’s going to be too corroded and possibly need cut off (manifold to up pipe) anyways.
As of the writing of this review, the Up-Pipe Reinstall Hardware Kit 94-03
Part Number: W300050 is NOT listed in the OBS section but you can find it under the 99-03 if you look. I’ve found this is the case for a couple other things so I always check 99-03 if I can’t find it under the OBS section.
Take your time with this rebuild. I spent 30+ hours but had a LOT cleanup from oil leaking and stubborn/broken bolts (resulting in me replacing the up pipe collector and turbine housing too because the broken bolts would NOT coming out even with heat and an easy out). Regardless, don’t plan on it being a half day job. Also, make sure when you install it you tighten down the pedestal, then the up pipe collector to the turbo, then the exhaust manifold end of the up pipes (assuming you still have stock up pipes like me), and finally the collector/top side of the up pipes. Doing it in any other order will result in potential issues and/or leaks.
Final recommendation is to have a combination of not only the standard combination wrenches, and sockets, but a combination of stubby ratcheting, and flex head ratcheting wrenches. I also had a 10mm swivel socket to tighten the collector end of the up pipes and probably couldn’t have gotten it otherwise. You’ll need several long extensions to tighten the side closest to the firewall on both the driver and passenger from underneath. -
Bearing rebuild kit
Very easy to use and everything fit as it should.

Turbo rebuild kit
The kit had everything I needed. My current turbo had 120k on it and the bearing was scored so it was a good thing I replaced it. I have a van so turbo out and back again was around 3 hours. The only thing I missed was the turbo to spider gasket. It was an option on the purchase and not included so I had to place a second order. No big deal.

Turbo rebuild
Pretty all inclusive kit, didn’t have directions but is pretty easy to do yourself. Seems to be working great so far.

Part of the whole project.
Figured since I had the turbo off to do the compressor wheel, pedestal EBPV delete, and up pipes, I might as well freshen up the turbo altogether. Instructions and online video helped out. Easy enough to do.

Great rebuild kit
This is a great kit, everything lined up and worked great with no leaks or issues fairly simple to install with some basic mechanical knowledge, only other thing you need is some pedastal o rings which is only another couple dollars.

Complete Kit
Very nice, complete kit. Unlike other kits I have seen Riffraff has a quality, well made solution to improve your stock turbo. Fast shipping, and well packaged.
