10 years ago I installed the 203* from dieselsite. Ran it for years in Colorado. I just installed the OEM while I was doing other truck stuff. Have only drove it once since then so I don't have any positive or negative to say. Other than the double sided gasket it comes with makes installation easy.

This is the correct thermostat for your 1999-2003 7.3L Powerstroke. I have tried several other brands and they either ran way too hot, or too cold. OEM is the way to go.
