Tired of your 15 or worn out 17 pump? Need a little more volume for those new injectors?  This Terminator Modded T500 pump is what you need and won't put a dent in your mod budget.

We ship you your pump modified with all new seals and o-rings, tested and ready to install.  Please indicate whether you are sending in a 15º or 17º core and if it is out of a Super Duty or a OBS. Be sure to include your pump fittings as they will be resealed and sent back with the pump. Do not include your IPR with the core, or HPOP lines. 

The process begins with you purchasing through the website, then shipping in your core to the address on the core sheet. The HPOP Core sheet must accompany your core return, and must be shipped to the address at the top of the sheet. If your core does not have the core sheet and/or the HPOP line fittings aren't present then your core will be refused and returned. Mounting gasket is not included with the order, but is available below.

Warranty: 2 year

Currently we are only accepting pre-ship orders, which means you have to send a core in first to be built, Terminator modifies it and then ships it back to you

IMPORTANT* Terminator Engineering Terms for pump warranty. If you feel you might have a warranty on your T500 and you have diagnosed it isn't the IPR, Injector poppets, Injector Orings, or IPR Pigtail please send your pump back to Terminator for warranty. If pump is tested and flows Terminator will require you to pay return shipping on your good pump. If it is a confirmed warranty Terminator will correct and return the pump.  This warranty is only a manufacturer warranty and is not serviced or applied through Riffraff Diesel.     The pump was ordered a d I sent my core into Terminator Engineering. I only waited about 10 days and I had my t-500 at my house ready to install! The only thing is that I would have loved to see some paperwork that gave a print out of how the pump tested or what they did to fix it, but that's because I was a heavy equipment mechanic specialist in hydraulic systems and component rebuilds, and that the stuff I would send with rebuilds I built.. I'm not mad though, just suggesting.... Great product and service as always from day one!

    I was really on the fence about sending off my HPOP, but there was no need to worry! The turn around was shorter than anticipated, and my HPOP is healthier than it ever was!Reading good numbers at the ICP for an old girl. I would recommend the rebuild/upgrade if your trying to get the most bang for the buck for an older truck (I have a 1994.5 one ton).

    Got my t500 put on about 2 weeks ago have 256k miles on my truck and it is alive again. Better fuel milage and better starts. Cant wait til soirng for turbo and injectors. Riff raff has my business for life!

    Great Product for a Fair Price

    I installed this on my 1997 about a month ago because I needed to replace my IPR and figured the HPOP was weak as well. The time it took to rebuild and return to me was right on with what is advertised and the installation was fairly straight forward, I live in an apartment complex and was able to do it in the parking lot over a weekend. The truck feels like it has more top end power and is much smoother at idle, it also starts much faster and easier than before.

    Thorough review of the t500 and first impressions

    A little history:

    I placed my order and shipped my core on a Monday 8/17/15 it arrived from FL to California in 3 days (8/19/15), Joey sent it out Saturday 8/22/15 (2 day shipping), and it arrived Monday 8/24/2015.

    My hpop without a tune did fine it was doing at wide open throttle 2800 ICP at 40%DC (Auto Enginuity), but as soon as I tried installing different tuners and doing WOT my ICP would fall on its face to 1700 psi with a 95% DC (120hp, 140hp). So after Installing the T500 using the instructions that Riffraff diesel provides online, everything was pretty simple: the truck took about 8-12 seconds to finally crank. First impressions truck sounded healthier, more powerful etc. I decided to go for a drive in the middle of the night today regardless of it raining. After doing some preliminary logs with AE my ICP is at 2800-3200 PSI with a max DC at 72% at WOT (140hp tune), DC seems a little high, I hope that with some time as mentioned the air is purged and DC stabilizes and therefore goes down a bit. Needless to say after driving the truck with the T-500 and returning from the test run my jaw was hitting the floor of the truck because of the increase in power I felt (seat of the pants, and everything else).

    It was so much power that I had to let off at 45 mph in the rain a couple of times because the tires would spin and the truck would begin to go sideways.

    Anyways I really hope this T-500 last for years to come, as I have read multiple post of it being very dependable.

    I continue being a very satisfied customer of Riffraff (impeccable customer service) and now of Joey. If your ICP falls with a tuner or you have signs of a bad hpop, please do not hesitate to buy this pump! I now regret not buying the T-500 sooner.

    If you’re interested, my current mods are as follow (crew crab dually 99.5):

    -38r 1.00 with ceramic coating (currently making 31 boost psi with stock injectors) (Riffraff)
    -Bellowed up-pipes with ceramic coating (Riffraff)
    -6637 intake kit (Riffraff)
    -Overboost Code Regulator (Riffraff)
    -Plenum Reinforcing inserts (Riffraff)
    -T-500 Terminator HPOP (Riffraff)
    -FRX (Riffraff)
    -HPX (Riffraff)
    -php hydra
    -Gauges: egt, trans, boost and fuel psi
    -3.5downpipe to 4 inch exhaust to 6 inch tip
    -Fuel system (DIY) 80gph Bosch 044 with 5/8 pickup tube pre filter with water/air/filter (10micron)capabilities and post pump filtration (2 micron) to stock fuel bowl with filter (i think its 7 micron)=75 fuel psi at WOT (waiting on funds for a full regulated return in a future)

    Very pleased with my new HPOP. Fast turn around time. Dropped my egts by 200+*!! More power throughout my powerband and smoother idle. Truck no longer falls on its face under load!!
