Terminator Engineering - T500 HPOP
Tired of your 15 or worn out 17 pump? Need a little more volume for those new injectors? This Terminator Modded T500 pump is what you need and won't put a dent in your mod budget.
We ship you your pump modified with all new seals and o-rings, tested and ready to install. Please indicate whether you are sending in a 15º or 17º core and if it is out of a Super Duty or a OBS. Be sure to include your pump fittings as they will be resealed and sent back with the pump. Do not include your IPR with the core, or HPOP lines.
The process begins with you purchasing through the website, then shipping in your core to the address on the core sheet. The HPOP Core sheet must accompany your core return, and must be shipped to the address at the top of the sheet. If your core does not have the core sheet and/or the HPOP line fittings aren't present then your core will be refused and returned. Mounting gasket is not included with the order, but is available below.

Currently we are only accepting pre-ship orders, which means you have to send a core in first to be built, Terminator modifies it and then ships it back to you
IMPORTANT* Terminator Engineering Terms for pump warranty. If you feel you might have a warranty on your T500 and you have diagnosed it isn't the IPR, Injector poppets, Injector Orings, or IPR Pigtail please send your pump back to Terminator for warranty. If pump is tested and flows Terminator will require you to pay return shipping on your good pump. If it is a confirmed warranty Terminator will correct and return the pump. This warranty is only a manufacturer warranty and is not serviced or applied through Riffraff Diesel. By checking the box above you are agreeing to abide by these terms that Terminator has set forth.

Exactly what i needed
Pulled original hpop off to reseal amd reinstalled and to no luck the pump gave up the ghost after diagnosing the issue with AE. Sent hpop off to get terminated and couldn't be happier. Not only due i have better throttle response the truck fires right up. Evidently my original hpop was on its way out for the past 40k miles as the starts were getting longer and the truck felt sluggish. Not anymore,my early bird runs great now. Had pump sent off on a Monday and it reached its destination on Thursday. Had my newly built hpop back 10 days later.

First mod you should buy
Was getting 1800 psi on stock setting and 1200 psi with my chip turned all the way up just had no power and would black smoke for days took about 9 days from when they got the pump to when it arrived to my door once all the air was bleed out I was getting over 3000 psi with my chip turned all the way up and made the truck completely different now I just need to fix the posi trac so it will stop boiling one tire

Better than stock pump
Had to get a new HPOP, decided to go with a T500 rebuilt. Great value for what you pay and what you get. Pump is a 5 star, but they took 15 business days to rebuild it, when the website says 12-14. I called Clay and he said that was just an average time, not a big deal but the website doesn't say that is an average time.

Noticeable change in Excursion
Truck runs better, stronger, faster and is quieter at all rpm's. I sent my HPOP in on a Monday and received back a T500 on that same Saturday.

This is the second pump I've installed from terminator one on a 95 and one on a 2000 both are huge improvements over stock pump worn out or bran new and a way better price I always install with a new ford IPR as well

Good product at a really good price especially considering how much a new one is from Ford and it performs better than a new one. Turn around was quick as well, would recommend any day.

Easy to install I also installed with new IPR while doing this pump truck is hard to start until air gets worked out but after that hold on because it's a power boost big time

Definitely worth the $$$
Okay, so if your truck is like mine and takes almost 450 - 500 miles to get back to starting "normally" (i.e. not an extended/long start), DON'T WORRY! Some engines just take longer for whatever reason, but it is WORTH IT!
The first thing I noticed once everything evened back out, is that the "start and die" issue I used to have is GONE! This pump definitely has the volume needed to "revive" a 320,000 mile engine.
The second thing I noticed (as have many others) is there is definitely better throttle response.
As far as fuel mileage goes, I think I need to put my right foot on a diet before I try and measure any of those numbers.
Overall, the T500 is worth the money for sure; but if you have a spare HPOP laying around I suggest sending that in first so you don't have your rig down for too long.
Also, CHECK YOUR OIL LEVEL!
