Terminator Engineering - T500 HPOP
Tired of your 15 or worn out 17 pump? Need a little more volume for those new injectors? This Terminator Modded T500 pump is what you need and won't put a dent in your mod budget.
We ship you your pump modified with all new seals and o-rings, tested and ready to install. Please indicate whether you are sending in a 15º or 17º core and if it is out of a Super Duty or a OBS. Be sure to include your pump fittings as they will be resealed and sent back with the pump. Do not include your IPR with the core, or HPOP lines.
The process begins with you purchasing through the website, then shipping in your core to the address on the core sheet. The HPOP Core sheet must accompany your core return, and must be shipped to the address at the top of the sheet. If your core does not have the core sheet and/or the HPOP line fittings aren't present then your core will be refused and returned. Mounting gasket is not included with the order, but is available below.

Currently we are only accepting pre-ship orders, which means you have to send a core in first to be built, Terminator modifies it and then ships it back to you
IMPORTANT* Terminator Engineering Terms for pump warranty. If you feel you might have a warranty on your T500 and you have diagnosed it isn't the IPR, Injector poppets, Injector Orings, or IPR Pigtail please send your pump back to Terminator for warranty. If pump is tested and flows Terminator will require you to pay return shipping on your good pump. If it is a confirmed warranty Terminator will correct and return the pump. This warranty is only a manufacturer warranty and is not serviced or applied through Riffraff Diesel. By checking the box above you are agreeing to abide by these terms that Terminator has set forth.

Bad experience
I sent my hpop off to terminator engineering to be modified because the hpop was actually bad the truck would not build enough pressure to start the truck.It was troubleshooted so I knew it was the hpop before sending it off to make sure I didn’t waist my money. I received the hpop back and the truck would still not build pressure I went through everything a second time to make sure I didn’t miss anything and the ipr and lpop and injectors al checked out so I sent the pump back to terminator to be tested again. Now keep in mind this is 4 months into the truck being down I was getting frustrated with the whole thing. The pump was good according to terminator he told me he replaced all the internals just to make sure so it’s supposed to be a new rebuilt pump. Got the pump back installed it still nothing I could only make the truck start if I poured starter fluid into it so I went over everything again went out and bought a new ipr, new injectors, replaces the lpop with a melting lpop did all that and still nothing. I got ahold of a spare 15* hpop with over 250,000 miles on it and about 30 seconds of cranking and boom the truck started with no issues. It’s been quite frustrating that the first thing I replaced 7 months ago was the root problem of the whole truck and has been tested and supposedly rebuilt. I put thousands into this truck because I trusted terminators word who is very hard to get ahold of you can only write him maybe 5 emails before he changes emails and it took 4 weeks of my pump being there to get my refund from him. I know this is a long winded rant and I know the pump was installed correctly every time to the correct torque because I did it about 8 times. Overall terminator I believe needs to have a better system you have long wait times and it’s almost impossible to contact him so beware.

Great pump and fast shipping
I couldn't believe how fast this pump got back to me. It was maybe five days there and back. I am beyond impressed. This thing just gives and gives. My old pump was good but tired. This one brings my ex back to life.

The t500 is a great pump and the best bang for your buck!!! Truck only made 20psi boost with stock injectors and first test drive it pegged 31psi! Very impressed!
