Terminator Engineering - T500 HPOP
Tired of your 15 or worn out 17 pump? Need a little more volume for those new injectors? This Terminator Modded T500 pump is what you need and won't put a dent in your mod budget.
We ship you your pump modified with all new seals and o-rings, tested and ready to install. Please indicate whether you are sending in a 15º or 17º core and if it is out of a Super Duty or a OBS. Be sure to include your pump fittings as they will be resealed and sent back with the pump. Do not include your IPR with the core, or HPOP lines.
The process begins with you purchasing through the website, then shipping in your core to the address on the core sheet. The HPOP Core sheet must accompany your core return, and must be shipped to the address at the top of the sheet. If your core does not have the core sheet and/or the HPOP line fittings aren't present then your core will be refused and returned. Mounting gasket is not included with the order, but is available below.

Currently we are only accepting pre-ship orders, which means you have to send a core in first to be built, Terminator modifies it and then ships it back to you
IMPORTANT* Terminator Engineering Terms for pump warranty. If you feel you might have a warranty on your T500 and you have diagnosed it isn't the IPR, Injector poppets, Injector Orings, or IPR Pigtail please send your pump back to Terminator for warranty. If pump is tested and flows Terminator will require you to pay return shipping on your good pump. If it is a confirmed warranty Terminator will correct and return the pump. This warranty is only a manufacturer warranty and is not serviced or applied through Riffraff Diesel. By checking the box above you are agreeing to abide by these terms that Terminator has set forth.

Excelent Pump and Service
'01 F250 230,000 miles runs better now than it did when NEW! Turnaround was 5 days to Texas, best service I have had in Years.

While I'm there...
Had the non-serviceable plug leak at 138,000 miles. Oh well… Since I needed to pull the stock HPOP, I decided to upgrade to T500!! Installed a new IPR since I'd have pump out. I replaced both HPOP lines/hoses AND HPOP line fittings at heads, easier to get at with HPOP and fuel bowl out. I also replaced ICP sensor, had oil in sensor and plug. I pulled fuel bowl, cleaned and replaced all o-rings.
Followed Riffraff instructions, put everything back together… slowly!! (took me 2 days! checked, double, triple-checked) Filled HPOP reservoir and oil rails in heads. My driveway is on an incline so most of the air in head burped out ICP port.
OH yeah… T500 pulls nicely, no power falloff at higher rpms. Totally different Excursion!! I love it!! -
AE PIDs W/T500 HPOP
I had an Injector Control Pressure falloff when I ran any tunes on the truck. I installed the T500 and my Injector Control Pressure bounced up 700 PSI to the desired ICP with all tunes. This got rid of the power falloff at higher RPMs, the coal factory out the exhaust, and crazy EGTs. I then installed Stage II injectors and the T500 still delivers everything being asked of it.

Absolutely Awesome
This pump is great! After I installed the pump on my truck it has better throttle response, smoother/quicker start-ups, and it also idles smoother/quieter. I would definitely recommend the T500 to anyone that wants the best bang for their buck.

Wow what a difference
Only took six days to get it and that included shipping both ways. Easy to understand instructions to follow and it took me about two hours to install. I would recommend reading the instructions before ordering to get all the other stuff like fuel bowl kit, thread sealant and IPR oil ring kit.
