Cut the factory middle out and install this pipe. Easy. Didn't fit perfect with the factory pipes, but still was easy to weld in.

delete pipe fits well, slides onto existing exhaust pipes easy. AS others said you need to cut reliefs in the pipe to obtain a tight fit. Other than that I was pleased.

If you plan on welding it in this pipe will work great, however if you expect to just clamp it on as I wanted, you'll may have to cut a horizontal slot at both ends to be allow your clamps to squeeze the pipe enough to hold them together. After I cut the slots with my sawzal it tighten right up. Fits in the muffler location perfect, the pipe is beefy not thin walled which is why no matter how hard I tighten the clamp it won't hold together. By the way I cut the intake pipe off the muffler which has the hanger on it, then cut the pipe in a quarter moon shape and used a exhaust clamp to attach it to the muffler delete pipe. I would recommend!

I bought this for a friends truck and installed it for him . The fit couldn't have been better for a weld in pipe. I cut the hanger off of the stock muffler cleaned it up and re welded it to the pipe to save a few bucks. The pipe to me seemed a little loose to be a "slip on " or clamp on fit but I'm sure where there's a will there's a way in fact, that's the only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5.

Took about 15 minutes to install, sawzall right at the muffler and put the new one in. Might want to put another hanger in, unless you weld it. Good sound, you should order a tip as well.

After much research and talking with several exhaust experts, this made the most sense and was most cost effective. Only modification is adding a hanger to the pipe to keep it stable.

Put this one on my truck and boy it sounds really good now. Threw a nice big exhaust tip on as well. I can tell my truck just gets up and goes a lot easier now with much less EGT's as well. Would advise for the person who doesn't want to buy a full exhaust while opening up.

Very happy with the muffler delete for my 02 F350 7.3. Super easy install cut off old muffler with sawzall, slipped delete pipe in place and welded it in. Took about half an hr total install in the drive way. Sounds great too, glad I didn't spend $250+ on full exhaust that I didn't really need. 3.5" will suit my needs just fine and gave me the sound I was after.
