Cut off muffler at each end, about 25" total. exhaust delete fit right on stock pipe. Had to purchase exhaust clamps to fit. The 3.5" clamps fit perfect around the slightly larger OD of the exhaust delete pipe. Looks and sounds great.

The install was super easy and you didn't have to make exact cuts to make this pipe work. Clamps or welds will make it work just fine.

FITS GREAT IF YOU JUST CUT THE FACTORY WELDS CLOSEST TO THE MUFFLER. THE CLAMPS DIDN'T SEEM TO HOLD THE PIPE VERY GOOD, SO I TOOK IT TO A MUFFLER SHOP AND HAD THEM WELD IT UP.

without breaking the bank or replacing entire system?? Then look no further! This pipe is AWESOME! If you are anything like me than you were probably wanting to hear some more turbo, and this does the trick. Spooling, flutters, even a bit of whistling. It also adds a nice amount of beef and rumble... nothing overkill that will set off car alarms, just enough to sound and feel how a diesel should.

I had a friend of mine weld it on for me, cause the connection is more air tight than the clamps, but Im sure they would work too. In addition to welding one of the hangers from muffler onto it, I also purchased some metal zipties just to really ensure its not going anywhere.

Better sound, better rumble, lower EGTs, all for less than a Ben Franklin? Thats what we in the business call a SCORE!! Thank you RiffRaff!

This was pretty easy to install, and I really like the sound difference over stock. Little hard to get the old muffler off since it was all rusted, but over all not a bad job.

It fits great and easy to install! I put it on my daily 7.3 to make it a little louder and it did great. The sound was good and not crazy like a 4 inch.

What can I say... fit well and made a world of difference in sound and performance. I chose to weld it in but you may want to get some clamps if you don't know how to weld. Super happy with the quality. Another great part from riff raff
