Powerstroke 1999-2003 7.3L Powerstroke – Install Snubber Kit R78828 with the 7/16-20 SAE O-ring adapter threaded into the test port on the fuel bowl, followed by the orifice valve and the pressure sensor. Additional adapter fittings such as 45° angle 1/8” NPT fittings may be required to clear other items on engine.

Installed a fuel gauge on my 02 7.3, and the snubber that came with my Auto meter gauge kept leaking through the threads. Took me a few trys before I figured out the threads are slightly off. Ordered this snubber for that application and it worked first try. Cant beat Riff raff for anything 7.3!!!

Recommended kit to protect the fuel pressure sender on gauge kits. Note that you might need a 45 degree or 90 degree adapter to fit your sender to your fuel bowl, due to the added length of these fittings.
