Riffraff Diesel High Flow Banjo Bolt Set for Ford 7.3L 94-03
Why bother trying to drill out your stock pot-metal bolts in the cylinder head and break them off while reinstalling? Not to mention a larger hole does not necessarily equal more flow, and can create an incredible amount of turbulence that actually reduces flow to less than stock.
We have engineered a high flow fuel bolt using StressProof® Steel that offers the highest flow possible. By combining a patented, high-end steel with precision flow/port testing we have been able to reduce turbulence, raise flow, and increase bolt strength all at an economically minded price point. Unlike other copies we make our banjo bolts 100% in the USA for quality you can trust.
- Made from Patented StressProof® Steel
- 6x More flow than stock bolts
- Precision machined low restriction ports

Great upgrade, fits beautifully.
I purchased two banjo bolt kits and installed all four. Talked to Clay before ordering them about replacing all four . Clay is the Diesel God

Installed super easy about 3 mins and I can see the increased flow these would have over stock very simple and clean! Well machined product

Banjo Bolt
******** Stock ones were hard to get out. 1/4” drive insert would almost/did slip, apply lots of inward pressure to help keep it seated. Had to use small pipe wrench on passenger side rear one, with down pipe removed of course. FYI, pay attention to torque spec in instructions. It’s in in/lb, not ft/lb. And don’t go over, even by a few in/lbs. I accidentally did when installing driver side front one. It snapped off with zero warning or sounds, mid shaft just after threads where the holes/openings are in the bolt. Half was stuck in he head. Luckily it happened right where the holes are in the shaft, leaving 4 raised points on stuck section. I was able to insert a flat head screwdriver which fit between 2 of the raised points, and simply back it out. With it being snapped off, there wasn’t any pressure on the threads keeping it in there tightly. Then took small shop vac attachment to suck out an possible debris left in the hole. Ordered a new set and installation went great. (This was my own error, not the faulty RR banjo bolt).
Hope it helps someone if they get in the same situation. I was sh*tting bricks for a min. But worked out. -
Banjo Bolt Upgrade
Very simple install. Very happy knowing my fuel rails have easier and higher flow going through. I did this upgrade along with steel braided feed lines and the FRx truck runs much smoother and has more power overall

Wow
Very nice upgrade, you don't realize how tiny the stock bolt is until you compare to these. Much better, and really not a hard install. Worth it at twice the price.

great fit
Best banjo bolts I have found. Be sure to order two pairs and do all 4 banjo bolts. There's one on each corner of the heads.
