*Note: Anodized Color on Aluminum can be discolored / damaged by chemical engine cleaners. Use only soap and water to clean.

*Fitment Note: The hardware included with the plenums is intended to secure the plenums and GPR/AIH bracket only; if the fuel line clamp and AIH ground wire will be re-used, customer will need to make provision for the reinstallation of those items. We suggest the RDP-FFL line kit in place of the stock fuel lines.

    serious bang for the buck!

The quality of these intakes goes far beyond the cost. I am familiar with Riffraff quality, but I had no idea just how over built these are. Absolutely no chance of distortion or leaks! My stock intakes are leaking boost out of the bottom and not under the boots as many had suggested. That was very difficult to locate. The passenger side is leaking right into the valley which had me thinking it was the boots, and the driver side had a leak out of upper edge in about the same spot. I guess they got warped when the PO removed the spider. So glad I found the problem but best of all, I'll never have to worry again.

My stock plenums crumpled and needed replaced. No need to worry about tightening down your clamps or these things leaking. Easy to install, look great and the perfect repacement.

    Great looking and quality product.

My stock plenums were leaking bad. Didn't want to spend the money but was recommended to me. I am totally happy with them. The oring seal puts your mind at ease for never having to touch the plenums again. To bad they get all covered up because they are a great looking product. Would recommend them to everybody.

When stock intakes blow it, this is the sure thing.

Posted by Tugly (FTE forum name) on Mar 19th 2014

I tuned my truck with stock injectors and turbo, and one of the stock intake plenums blew a seal at 30 PSI boost. If RTV blew at that level, I knew the higher boost from adding bigger injectors and a GTP38R was going to doom any "repairs" to a stock intake plenum.

I chose these billet plenums for the following reasons:

    1. O-ring seal means I don't have the RTV mess and I don't need drying time.

    2. O-ring seal on the rigid structure of the billet plenums means a more-assured mechanical seal. This, in turn, means the O-ring calls out from the brick house "Not by the hair of my chinny chin chin."

    3. I wanted instant assurance the seal would hold, and the ability to correct any errors in installation. RTV is a complete do-over when a mistake occurs - that totally blows.

Billet plenums may seem expensive to some people, but the value of avoiding major rework is worth a lot to me.
