Riffraff Diesel 321 Stainless Bellowed Up-pipe Kit for Ford 7.3L 94-Early 99
The ONLY 100% Made with Domestic Materials in the USA
These bellowed up-pipes are for the 94-Early 99 Powerstroke 7.3L and have been designed to replace the "donut" gasket that is prone to leakage and give you a more cost effective choice over International.
Our bellowed up-pipes are not only less expensive than International they are also much higher quality both in material and fitment. Made from aircraft grade 321 Stainless Steel rather than 409 or even 304 allows for a lifetime product that won't rust or crack, ever. Because 321SS handles significantly higher temperatures and have better tensile strength these can also be used in much higher horsepower and towing applications than the International brand. 321 Stainless Steel is immune to extreme temperatures, stabilized by Titanium, resists intergranular corrosion, and is high strength. Used for aircraft afterburners, exhaust manifolds, cabin heaters, flash boilers, firewalls, and stack liners. Not only is our tubing 321 but so are the custom thick wall bellows and upper collar.
Bellowed Up-pipes are what you need to cure those leaking stock up-pipes. It isn't a matter of IF but WHEN your factory style up-pipes will start to leak, and when they do this is your permanent answer. Because they used a bellow rather than a donut gasket these kits won't leak and will ensure you are utilizing all your boost to spool the turbo. When your factory up-pipes leak you will start to see a loss of power, mileage and a gain in EGT's. This kits come complete as pictured with everything you need to swap the leaking factory up-pipes for the new bellowed style, including hardware nuts and bolts.
Kit Includes:
- 321 Stainless Up-pipes
- International® Stainless Gaskets
- OEM Ford Motor Company Install Hardware Kit
*Ceramic Coating Details -
The Turbo Black ceramic was formulated for exhaust temps up to 2000*F and will hold in at least 60% of the heat from radiating out under your hood. Not all black coatings will achieve that function. These coatings have been specifically formulated for use on military aircraft.
By retaining the heat energy your turbo will spool up faster and more efficiently. We double coat the outside of the housing to protect it from rusting and it results in a much longer attractive finish while retaining heat. The two main functions of the coating is appearance and longevity of your engine parts and gaining a more efficient running engine.
NOTE: Early 1999 are manufactured before 12/7/1998
Riffraff Diesel Performance is committed to 100% Made in the USA. All materials are from USA resources. Every bend, machine, and weld is performed in the USA. Every component is assembled in the USA.

Bellowed Up-pipe Kit
Best up-pipes money can buy. They dropped right in and fixed my exhaust leak.

Great quality

Great replacement
Better quality than OEM. The upper bolts to the collector had different heads than the bolts I removed. Tough to get in place with the manual transmission there, but doable. Reduced exhaust fumes in the cab.

Excellent Quality Product
Super-happy with these pipes. Resolved the low boost and the cabin fumes when idling at a stop.

Superior Quality
After struggling with some pipes off Amazon that I could not get to stop leaking, I made the decision to get these from Riffraff. What a difference in quality and fit. They dropped right in and ZERO leaks. The job was hard enough to do once, I didnt want to do it twice. Never again will I buy cheap junk on Amazon for my truck. Riffraff has a customer for life! Thank you for the quality products.

Great fit
Installed on a 97 f 350. Fit perfectly and took about 4 hours to remove the old ones and install the new up pipes. No more leaks! Did not have to lower transmission or raise engine. Actually much less work to do than I thought. Thanks again!

Quality Up-pipe Kit
These are excellent quality and the fit couldn't be better. Online you may not be able to tell, but when you have them in hand you can really tell the difference of USA made. I like the added touch of oem bolts.

Outstanding
What a bear to replace. Bring your patience, a helper and a sawzall. At 245k mi. my old pipes had seen better days (visible gap on DS at manifold, way loose and would sometimes tighten up when warm). I replaced these, the downpipe and the entire galley at the same time. Runs like a new truck and I'm not breathing exhaust in the cab. (Pro tip: the KC Turbos YouTube video is the way to go on up-pipe install)

Awesome upgrade.
Easy installation even with transmission in. Definitely need an 8mm or 5/16 stubby ratchet wrench and 12 point 1/4 inch socket to tighten the bolts to collector. One person install with trans in. Took about 3 hours. Hopefully won’t have to worry about leaks ever again!
