Riffraff Diesel 321 Stainless Bellowed Up-pipe Kit for Ford 7.3L 94-Early 99
The ONLY 100% Made with Domestic Materials in the USA
These bellowed up-pipes are for the 94-Early 99 Powerstroke 7.3L and have been designed to replace the "donut" gasket that is prone to leakage and give you a more cost effective choice over International.
Our bellowed up-pipes are not only less expensive than International they are also much higher quality both in material and fitment. Made from aircraft grade 321 Stainless Steel rather than 409 or even 304 allows for a lifetime product that won't rust or crack, ever. Because 321SS handles significantly higher temperatures and have better tensile strength these can also be used in much higher horsepower and towing applications than the International brand. 321 Stainless Steel is immune to extreme temperatures, stabilized by Titanium, resists intergranular corrosion, and is high strength. Used for aircraft afterburners, exhaust manifolds, cabin heaters, flash boilers, firewalls, and stack liners. Not only is our tubing 321 but so are the custom thick wall bellows and upper collar.
Bellowed Up-pipes are what you need to cure those leaking stock up-pipes. It isn't a matter of IF but WHEN your factory style up-pipes will start to leak, and when they do this is your permanent answer. Because they used a bellow rather than a donut gasket these kits won't leak and will ensure you are utilizing all your boost to spool the turbo. When your factory up-pipes leak you will start to see a loss of power, mileage and a gain in EGT's. This kits come complete as pictured with everything you need to swap the leaking factory up-pipes for the new bellowed style, including hardware nuts and bolts.
Kit Includes:
- 321 Stainless Up-pipes
- International® Stainless Gaskets
- OEM Ford Motor Company Install Hardware Kit
*Ceramic Coating Details -
The Turbo Black ceramic was formulated for exhaust temps up to 2000*F and will hold in at least 60% of the heat from radiating out under your hood. Not all black coatings will achieve that function. These coatings have been specifically formulated for use on military aircraft.
By retaining the heat energy your turbo will spool up faster and more efficiently. We double coat the outside of the housing to protect it from rusting and it results in a much longer attractive finish while retaining heat. The two main functions of the coating is appearance and longevity of your engine parts and gaining a more efficient running engine.
NOTE: Early 1999 are manufactured before 12/7/1998
Riffraff Diesel Performance is committed to 100% Made in the USA. All materials are from USA resources. Every bend, machine, and weld is performed in the USA. Every component is assembled in the USA.

Great product
I ordered these for my early 99 and although they are expensive the quality seems to be top notch. Beware of a few things when attempting this that the directions don't tell you.
You will need to tap all threads if you are using your old collector.
Attach the passenger side bolts and secure to torque specs before you try to align the y collector to the turbo exhaust housing. I ended up removing the drives side up pipe so I could hook a motorcycle tie down into the y pipe hole and running it all the way to the front bumper. This is almost a MUST to keep the y collector flush while installing the clamp on the turbo. -
Can't go wrong with these!
Needed to change my up-pipes and was gonna go with the non-coated but decided to spring for the ceramic, less heat in the engine bay the better right? Pipes were great quality and fit perfect after getting them in there. No more worries for the next 200,000+ miles!

Up pipes
So far customer service has been awesome and parts got here fast. Have yet to install them however just checking over everything they look to be a really nice part and hope to fix my leaking factory ones. Ordered a new collector manifold with hardware at the same time just to eliminate any possible issues down the road. My only complaint is after reading your install directions i see that I'll need new pedistal o-rings however when I emailed asking what all would be needed there was no mention of this. So looks like I'll postpone the install a few more days till they arrive. .

Perfect fit
Great product!

As Advertised!
Very well made with great welds. Everything lines up well. My stock up pipes were leaking causing low boost and quick rising EGT's. I can now get more boost and because I don't have an Intercooler, the EGT's still rise but at a much slower rate. Plus no more worries about leaking. These are not a quick fix but, worth all the effort!!!!

Good product
Awesome product to fix those leaky up-pipes. Relatively easy to install if you follow the included instructions. Don't wimp out on the use of penetrating oil. Much cheaper than the international version, and the pipes looked good and had good welds. Comes with new bolts and gaskets for the collector manifold. Good purchase.

Great fit and more price reasonable over International
I replaced my factory UP pipes and Y collector with the Riff Raff pipe and y collector with my new drop in early 99 diesel site wicked ball bearing turbo. Everything fit great, but I did have to stretch bellows out slightly to get up pipes to fit. I saw a few others had to do the same.
