Riffraff Diesel 321 Stainless Bellowed Up-pipe Kit for Ford 7.3L 94-Early 99

The ONLY 100% Made with Domestic Materials in the USA

These bellowed up-pipes are for the 94-Early 99 Powerstroke 7.3L and have been designed to replace the "donut" gasket that is prone to leakage and give you a more cost effective choice over International.

Our bellowed up-pipes are not only less expensive than International they are also much higher quality both in material and fitment.  Made from aircraft grade 321 Stainless Steel rather than 409 or even 304 allows for a lifetime product that won't rust or crack, ever.  Because 321SS handles significantly higher temperatures and have better tensile strength these can also be used in much higher horsepower and towing applications than the International brand. 321 Stainless Steel is immune to extreme temperatures, stabilized by Titanium, resists intergranular corrosion, and is high strength. Used for aircraft afterburners, exhaust manifolds, cabin heaters, flash boilers, firewalls, and stack liners. Not only is our tubing 321 but so are the custom thick wall bellows and upper collar.

Bellowed Up-pipes are what you need to cure those leaking stock up-pipes. It isn't a matter of IF but WHEN your factory style up-pipes will start to leak, and when they do this is your permanent answer. Because they used a bellow rather than a donut gasket these kits won't leak and will ensure you are utilizing all your boost to spool the turbo. When your factory up-pipes leak you will start to see a loss of power, mileage and a gain in EGT's. This kits come complete as pictured with everything you need to swap the leaking factory up-pipes for the new bellowed style, including hardware nuts and bolts.

Kit Includes:
- 321 Stainless Up-pipes
- International® Stainless Gaskets
- OEM Ford Motor Company Install Hardware Kit

*Ceramic Coating Details -
The Turbo Black ceramic was formulated for exhaust temps up to 2000*F and will hold in at least 60% of the heat from radiating out under your hood. Not all black coatings will achieve that function. These coatings have been specifically formulated for use on military aircraft.

By retaining the heat energy your turbo will spool up faster and more efficiently. We double coat the outside of the housing to protect it from rusting and it results in a much longer attractive finish while retaining heat. The two main functions of the coating is appearance and longevity of your engine parts and gaining a more efficient running engine.

NOTE: Early 1999 are manufactured before 12/7/1998

    Early 99 up pipe kit.

Finish was great! Packaging great! Hardware great! The fit on one side was just a tiny bit off. I had to do some extra work for it to fit just right. Over all great pics though.

    Quality Kit

Posted by Chris Perkins on Jan 6th 2021

I had been running a diesel site set of pipes for about a year but they had started leaking. Didn't want to do the job a third time and I am so glad I heard of these. WAY better quality looking pipes, welds, hardware. I thought I would save some money the first time with the knock-off ones, dumb mistake. Had to do the job twice, when I should have just done the Riffraff up-pipes to start with. Dropped right in, fit perfect, and couldn't be happier that I will never have to do this job again.

Fit like they are supposed to. When installing or removing, jack the transfer case up so you can get the clearance that you need. Other than that everything was smooth sailing.

    Awesome Fit

Posted by Billy on Sep 9th 2020

First time doing bellowed up pipes of any kind. Did my research on these and can't say enough. I installed these on a 99 E350 van, which I was told was "early 99" setup so I did all early 99 stuff. I think it was really OBS spec but I bought everything as "early 99" and it all fit and worked excellent. The stock pipes are JUNK compared to these. I will definitely be doing these on my 97 OBS ASAP

    Up pipes

Posted by Joel on Sep 8th 2020

These worked great on my early 99 7.3 powerstroke. Only stainless up pipes I could find for under $500 for the early 99. Fit and finish is perfect, very impressed with these up pipes. Have over 10,000 miles on them with many heat cycle's and no problems to note. Riffraff came through again to help keep another 7.3 going strong.

    Love The Extendable Pipes

Posted by Patrick Wilson on Aug 28th 2020

These are great. When you bolt everything up loosely you will see a pretty good sized gap. Don't worry they will line up as you tighten the bolts on the exhaust manifold.s. I will be buying these in the future for sure

    Quality pipe set

Received them on time and well packaged and wrapped. Everything about them looks high quality. Tight installed but they dropped in and fit perfect. I like the upgraded 12 point bolts as it was much easier to drive them in and not round them off like the factory bolts. Well thought out kit, and I would expect they will out last the old truck. Would recommend if you have leaking pipes.
