These bellowed up-pipes are for the 94-Early 99 Powerstroke 7.3L and have been designed to replace the "donut" gasket that is prone to leakage and give you a more cost effective choice over International.
Our bellowed up-pipes are not only less expensive than International they are also much higher quality both in material and fitment. Made from aircraft grade 321 Stainless Steel rather than 409 or even 304 allows for a lifetime product that won't rust or crack, ever. Because 321SS handles significantly higher temperatures and have better tensile strength these can also be used in much higher horsepower and towing applications than the International brand. 321 Stainless Steel is immune to extreme temperatures, stabilized by Titanium, resists intergranular corrosion, and is high strength. Used for aircraft afterburners, exhaust manifolds, cabin heaters, flash boilers, firewalls, and stack liners. Not only is our tubing 321 but so are the custom thick wall bellows and upper collar.
Bellowed Up-pipes are what you need to cure those leaking stock up-pipes. It isn't a matter of IF but WHEN your factory style up-pipes will start to leak, and when they do this is your permanent answer. Because they used a bellow rather than a donut gasket these kits won't leak and will ensure you are utilizing all your boost to spool the turbo. When your factory up-pipes leak you will start to see a loss of power, mileage and a gain in EGT's. This kits come complete as pictured with everything you need to swap the leaking factory up-pipes for the new bellowed style, including hardware nuts and bolts.

The Turbo Black ceramic was formulated for exhaust temps up to 2000*F and will hold in at least 60% of the heat from radiating out under your hood. Not all black coatings will achieve that function. These coatings have been specifically formulated for use on military aircraft.
By retaining the heat energy your turbo will spool up faster and more efficiently. We double coat the outside of the housing to protect it from rusting and it results in a much longer attractive finish while retaining heat. The two main functions of the coating is appearance and longevity of your engine parts and gaining a more efficient running engine.

Awesome upgrade.
Easy installation even with transmission in. Definitely need an 8mm or 5/16 stubby ratchet wrench and 12 point 1/4 inch socket to tighten the bolts to collector. One person install with trans in. Took about 3 hours. Hopefully won’t have to worry about leaks ever again!

The main reason for spending the extra money. When researching other brands, it doesn’t state where they were made. You don’t want to do this job again.
Very good quality, fit and finish. Comes with all hardware needed. I’ve read other reviews and on forums for this job and being able to access hardware at collector from bottom near trans and firewall. In my case, original hardware had never been out. My 10 mm wobble socket was interfering with upper portion of bell housing, so I pulled trans and transfer case for better access. The head of up-pipe bolt rounded off anyway, LOL. The Riff Raff Diesel up-pipes went right in, the passenger side is a little tight, but all in all, it was worth the hard work to get them in there.

What I needed
These fit great! I had my cab off so it helped. I wrapped them in the DEI heatwrap because the ceramic coated ones weren't available.
One thing to note: I highly recommend getting the collector too! My bolts were all very tight so I had to use a torch to heat them up, and the bolt holes cracked. Save yourself some trouble and get the collector too! -

Excellent
Didn't realize the difference how such a small leak on stock pipes can do. Truck spools right of throttle now, whistle is drastically different. I almost bought cheap chineese pipes but with how big of a pain this install was im glad I didn't, these fit like a glove, I had no issue once I finally got the damn things slid in. Support America. Did I mention how annoying of a job it was?

Extra insurance
My up pipes didn’t have any apparent leaks. I replaced them anyway with these bellowed up pipes since I had the transmission out and just part of the bigger project. I had to pull the turbo to do the compressor wheel upgrade, which lead to the pedestal delete, gutting the outlet valve, rebuilding the turbo, and installing the diamondeye down pipe and exhaust. The bellowed up pipes were just another piece of the insurance puzzle while I had the opportunity with the trans out of the way. Anyone that has their trans out should do their up pipes.

Bellowed up pipe kit
Very good quality, and came well packaged. Not a fun job but over all went smooth and these pipes dropped right in place. Had a question during install and I was very surprised that my email was answered within 30 mins of sending. You just don't get customer service like that anymore. Overall awesome product and company to buy from.
