Riffraff Diesel 321 Stainless Bellowed Up-pipe Kit for Ford 7.3L 94-Early 99

The ONLY 100% Made with Domestic Materials in the USA

These bellowed up-pipes are for the 94-Early 99 Powerstroke 7.3L and have been designed to replace the "donut" gasket that is prone to leakage and give you a more cost effective choice over International.

Our bellowed up-pipes are not only less expensive than International they are also much higher quality both in material and fitment.  Made from aircraft grade 321 Stainless Steel rather than 409 or even 304 allows for a lifetime product that won't rust or crack, ever.  Because 321SS handles significantly higher temperatures and have better tensile strength these can also be used in much higher horsepower and towing applications than the International brand. 321 Stainless Steel is immune to extreme temperatures, stabilized by Titanium, resists intergranular corrosion, and is high strength. Used for aircraft afterburners, exhaust manifolds, cabin heaters, flash boilers, firewalls, and stack liners. Not only is our tubing 321 but so are the custom thick wall bellows and upper collar.

Bellowed Up-pipes are what you need to cure those leaking stock up-pipes. It isn't a matter of IF but WHEN your factory style up-pipes will start to leak, and when they do this is your permanent answer. Because they used a bellow rather than a donut gasket these kits won't leak and will ensure you are utilizing all your boost to spool the turbo. When your factory up-pipes leak you will start to see a loss of power, mileage and a gain in EGT's. This kits come complete as pictured with everything you need to swap the leaking factory up-pipes for the new bellowed style, including hardware nuts and bolts.

Kit Includes:
- 321 Stainless Up-pipes
- International® Stainless Gaskets
- OEM Ford Motor Company Install Hardware Kit

*Ceramic Coating Details -
The Turbo Black ceramic was formulated for exhaust temps up to 2000*F and will hold in at least 60% of the heat from radiating out under your hood. Not all black coatings will achieve that function. These coatings have been specifically formulated for use on military aircraft.

By retaining the heat energy your turbo will spool up faster and more efficiently. We double coat the outside of the housing to protect it from rusting and it results in a much longer attractive finish while retaining heat. The two main functions of the coating is appearance and longevity of your engine parts and gaining a more efficient running engine.

NOTE: Early 1999 are manufactured before 12/7/1998

    Wow

Posted by Josh k on Dec 14th 2015

Replaced my stock up pipes with these, did the ebpv delete while I Had the turbo out, runs like a completely different truck, right when i got it all in an let it run for awhile took it up the driveway wanted to see what a difference it made, stepped on it an it just pulled. Everything on the dash and in the bed flew off the dash and out of the back of the truck, **** the other up pipes for $6-800, these are worth 5 stars and are no different than the expensive ones. Only difference is they are cheaper, great product. All of my shopping is done at riffraff. Best company out there

    AWESOME PRODUCT, RIFFRAFF HOMERUN!

Posted by ERIC A. on Dec 10th 2015

My stock pipes were leaking pretty badly at 359k miles, manifolds leaking also. resurfaced manifolds and installed this up pipe kit and my boost went from barely 10-12psi to easily hitting 25-27psi up every hill. that combined with ts-6 from riffraff and the truck makes tremendous power. Mind you all this with the stock turbo with 359k. HOMERUN for sure. BTW... do yourself a favor and pull the turbo and replace the O-rings while you are in there, makes the job a lot easier, and dump that old pedestal too.

    Much Better Than IH Up-pipes

Posted by pitownpi on Nov 23rd 2015

The fitment is far superior to IH Up-pipes by far!
clearances & angles of pipe out of flange are so much better.

The bellows are not forced into weird bend-angles just on the install as the IH pipes were.

the bellow themselves are larger/more robust than the IH wimpy/skinny ones that can't take a hit!

Riffraff uppipe pricing make it a no-brainer on what UP-PIPES to use for your OBS

    P.S.
    i purchased/installed IH up pipes in 2011 FOR $$$.
    the fitment was terrible.
had to stretch the bellows considerably using a heat gun to get them to fit onto the exhaust manifolds.
the angle of the pipe out of the flange on pass. side was just wrong...
this torqued the flange enough to develop a leak almost from the day I installed them. ...they leaked a bit when using engine brake, what a waste.

I surely hope Riffraff up-pipes last 15 years or more unlike the IH PIPES.

    Amazing Quality!

Posted by Sean on Nov 22nd 2015

First off I have to say that this is why I buy American made products. From the welding, to the hardware, down to the packaging was perfect. I did a lot of research on the forums and saw a couple options from modifying a cheap chinese set for a Super Duty to buying some from a "company" that it looked like all they did was take old ones and half assed welded in a bellow.

I am SO glad I went with Riffraff instead. Install was great, and I bet these things will last longer than the whole truck does. Don't waste your time or money by getting cheap crap and then having to do it again later on. You can tell they took care in the design, engineering, and production of these pipes.
