5 Great filter setup

PO had used OEM filter and box for 235k mi. The pipes were actually clean and turbo fins were in great shape, but he was a careful guy. This is the best setup though, hands down.

Should've bought this long ago. Now the filter isn't pressing up against the brake components or anything. Lays in the filter area nice and proper.

Fits perfect, looks really good. Way better than the stock intake box. Doesn't make the turbo much louder but still awesome.

5 Great Kit
Posted by Brad K. on Nov 23rd 2022
Installed this on my 2001 F-250 and threw that K&N filter I've been using for 20+ years in the garbage. The quality was good and took me about 15 minutes to install from opening the hood to closing it. I did go back the next day and make some adjustments because the filter was rubbing against the brake reservoir which caused the brake pedal to vibrate. I fixed this by trimming the plastic tabs the factory airbox bolts to and adjusted the filter so the *top is up against the fender. This gave me about an inch of clearance between the filter and brake boost reservoir.
