RDP Plenum Reinforcing Inserts™ - Ford 7.3L 99.5-03
These billet 7075 Aluminum plenum inserts are a Riffraff Diesel original design and are patent pending. They are made to allow you to clamp down as hard as needed with T-bolt clamps so that you don't have any boost leaks. Fix your bent and crushed stock plenums with our Inserts as well. This is a budget friendly option to buying full billet plenums. Easy install, no special tools needed.
These were designed so as to add the least restriction possible while providing more than adequate structure for clamping. The Plenum Inserts have been machined to within .164" of the OEM diameter so there will not be any measurable affect on EGT's or cfm flow.

Great fit
These inserts are a great upgrade in you’re replacing your boots. Cheap insurance policy on a knuckle torque wrench tightening clamps. Thanks Riff Raff!

Plenum inserts
Really liked this product, my plemnums had some slight bending before inserted. Make it to where you could put some torque on clamps now.

Fast and Inexpensive Solution
These were a great find, and saved my from having to remove my plenums since the old owner bent them up badly. These new billet inserts were simple to install, and straightened my mangled plenums right up. No more boost leaks. Very happy with this ingenious little product.

Great investment
Nice quality units at a great price (compared to replacing the plenums). Install was easy (my plenum holes were a bit out of round) and it FIXED my &$#@ boost leak(s)! I did replace the boots as well, just to make sure. Highly recommended if you have boost leaks.

RDP Plenum Reinforcing Inserts 99.5-03
We put these in while replacing the Complete CAC Boot kit also from Riff Raff. We could not find any installation videos. These need to be gently encouraged with a rubber mallet down inside the factory plenum. Perfect fit!

Great common sense product
The original Ford intake plenums are thin sheet metal. These allow you to tighten the clamps down so you will have no leaks. Dead easy to install. Anodized for corrosion protection. If your taking the turbo off, get these, its a no brainer to save your plenums from being crushed due to over tightening of the clamps.

Quick way to fortify intake plenums
These fit very well and install easy for as simple as they are. They did require a dead blow mallet to seat completely, but I'd rather these be tight than loose. These allow you to clamp the crap out of the manifold boots if necessary without damage
