RDP Plenum Reinforcing Inserts™ - Ford 7.3L 99.5-03

These billet 7075 Aluminum plenum inserts are a Riffraff Diesel original design and are patent pending. They are made to allow you to clamp down as hard as needed with T-bolt clamps so that you don't have any boost leaks. Fix your bent and crushed stock plenums with our Inserts as well. This is a budget friendly option to buying full billet plenums. Easy install, no special tools needed.

These were designed so as to add the least restriction possible while providing more than adequate structure for clamping. The Plenum Inserts have been machined to within .164" of the OEM diameter so there will not be any measurable affect on EGT's or cfm flow.

    The Riffraff Billet Intake Plenum Inserts work perfectly and installed just as flawlessly.
    I would recommend them to anyone who can't afford to spend the money on the Billet Intake Plenums....

    If your are replacing your intake manifold boots, these are a MUST. These inserts allow you to clamp the boots tight.

    Had a major boost leak and i could push 21lb at full throttle on a hill. Put these inserts in and the truck will hit 23lb before defueling! 100% would recomend! Also buy some boots well your at it!

    Easy to install, just needed to cut a 2x4 to use to hammer them into the plenums. Haven't seen how Mich extra boost I have but seems to have 2-3 # more at part throttle. Be sure to order the t-clamps as well

    These are great for when you need to clamp down on the boots to prevent plenum leaks and very affordable if you dont want to spend the extra money on the billet plenums.
