RDP Plenum Reinforcing Inserts™ - Ford 7.3L 94-Early 99
These billet 7075 Aluminum plenum inserts are a Riffraff Diesel original design and are patent pending. They are made to allow you to clamp down as hard as needed with T-bolt clamps so that you don't have any boost leaks. Fix your bent and crushed stock plenums with our Inserts as well. This is a budget friendly option to buying full billet plenums. Easy install, no special tools needed.
These were designed so as to add the least restriction possible while providing more than adequate structure for clamping. The Plenum Inserts have been machined to within .164" of the OEM diameter so there will not be any measurable affect on EGT's or cfm flow.

Must have for any stock plenum
I have used these on both my 96 and 99 and it is a must especially if your upgrading boots and clamps. Gives me comfort that they are there and I can seal up the boots with no worry's.

Plenum Insert
I would strongly recommend getting these if you have stock plenums as well as upgrading the plenum boots as well. I had to tap these in a bit to get them in but once seated they fit great

Plenum Reinforcing Ring
The plenum reinforcing rings are just what I needed. Just removed, rebuilt and replaced the turbo on a '97 F-350. I installed the reinforcing rings and brand new Riffraff boots to ensure another 25 years of reliable service. I don't pull ridiculous boost or I probably would have opted for the new plenums. Super easy install. Slip fit and a few taps with a piece of 2x4.
These reinforcing rings are just the ticket. -
Great quality
Bought these for when I was installing a intercooler system for my truck. My passenger side plenum wasn’t in the best shape, or the roundest shape. Installed these and they straightened it right out and gives it added strength for better clamping. Definitely worth it!
