Parker 60VLV-4 Viton Sleeves (1/4 inch)
These 1/4" fuel sleeve seals fit the steel fuel injection lines that connect the fuel lines to the cylinder fuel rails. One seal is required at each fuel rail fitting so 1 package of 2 seals is all that is requied for the engine.
On the 99-03 7.3's, the fuel rail fitting on the passenger's side is a common place to find a fuel leak and will run down the rear of the block and drip on the starter motor. With the 94.5 to 97 engines, both fuel rail connections are at the rear of the cylinder heads and can be problematic.
Model Year 94-03 7.3L diesel.
Color: Black
Genuine Parker Vibra-Lok sleeve
Order of 1 is a set of 2 sleeves.

A must buy from riffraff
Didnt buy them from here and had to go to dealer to get my truck back up and running the dealer charged me $38 for a kit that included both ends on both lines but so much more then on here

A Must
My 7.3 only had 30k miles on it since new and could NOT have reused the originals. These are a must if you have to remove your fuel lines!

Good o-rings
Worked well.

You Need These!
Better then OEM, more pliable and will stand up better then rubber when I run B-100! I dipped them in oil for the install so there would be no binding or tearing.

Buy these for your CVD fittings
These should be included with the CVD fittings, I wouldn't have ordered them if I had not been warned by reading the reviews on the CVDs.

The "Must Have" part your fuel system needs.
These little 1/4 Viton sleeves are absolutely necessary any time you R and R hard lines on your 7.3 fuel system. Don't let something as small, yet important, as this ruin your weekend project. Buy several of these and keep them handy. Great price and fast shipping that can not be beat!

Own fit parts

Fuel line repair sleeve
These are the sleeves where the fuel lines go to the fuel rails. I removed the turbo because 1) I had already let the nut slide down to the fuel pump once and didn't want to fish it out and 2) I needed to remove the 90 degree fitting on the drivers side rail to re-tape it since it was leaking too and 3) it just made things easier. Granted, I already had deleted the EBPV which makes getting the turbo off way easier. Bottom line. These are the correct sleeves and mine were badly deteriorated.
