    Probably like many people with 7.3's I tried a non factory fuel filter once and couldn't get out to deal. This is the best price for the only filter I've gotten to work on my truck.

    I bought an after market filter which came with a new cap. Had problems with leaking diesel fuel. After buying this product I had no issues. Works great.

    Don't be fooled by major name brands, after checking micron ratings on some great filter manufacturers , they did not meet Ford specifications. The factory cap and these filters are the way to go if you want a clean fuel system.
