Moroso Oil Pan Gasket 7.3L 94-03 Powerstroke
- Until now there has not been an oil pan gasket for the Ford 7.3 Powerstroke 1994-2003 and International T444E engines, even from the factory the oil pans for these engines were installed with silicone sealant.
- Moroso Performance Products came out with this patent pending oil pan gasket that is re-useable and makes life easier for the professional and back yard mechanic
- Gasket is constructed out of high temperature/oil resistant material with a rigid core and built-in steel inserts at each bolt hole so that the gasket cannot be over tightened
- Why should the mechanic wait for silicone set up or the chance that surfaces were not prepped enough, when Part No. 27293 takes care of those issues?
- Already this oil pan gasket has proven itself by cutting down on oil pan installation time and vehicle down time for one of the largest fleets of delivery vehicles in the world
- Includes mounting studs and nuts

As described
Received fast and everything was in the box. Much easier install then using all the RTV you wold normally. Really recommend this and shipping was fast from Riffraff,

This product is not worth using.
It does not fit properly around the front timing cover and rear cover. It will leak every time. Would not recommend.

Bent product
Good product overall I’ve used several myself, but this one came bent practically in half crammed into a small box

Good product
This this is pretty awesome. Made resealing my oil pan inside the truck 20x easier. I recommend using a torque wreck to tighten the bolts down though. If you apply to much pressure the front and back will squish down and slip inside the oil pan. Causing you to redo the whole thing.

Great gasket. No leaks
I wanted to edit my previous review to add that the gasket instructions require the use of RTV where the block meets the front and rear covers (meaning that RTV sealant is required at 4 locations). I recommend using the International RTV as it is the thickest and best performing RTV I've ever used. Happily, I had purchased a rear main seal from Riff Raff which included a tube of the sealant. If you don't get the seal, be sure to purchase a tube of the International RTV

Finally, no leaks!
This gasket is holding up after 6 months of use and not leaking at all. I was able to perform the replacement without removing the engine, though I did have the transmission out of the way. I had to loosen the motor mounts and jack the engine up about as far as it would go. Then I took out all the oil pan bolts and removed the pickup tube so that the pan had clearance to be fully removed. In my opinion, this is a much better solution than the OEM sealant.
