Moroso Oil Pan Gasket 7.3L 94-03 Powerstroke

Gasket
DO NOT BUY! Shop installed this per instructions, 12-15lb torque and silicone in advised locations, and the thing leaked considerably. Shop had to pull the motor back out to install Ford factory pan w/just silicone. $100 part cost me thousands!

Great option for a 7.3. Especially if you're trying to do an oil pan removal with the engine in the truck.

Have had nothing but trouble
I have installed this thing the exact way the directions say, I have called moroso and they told me to just follow the directions they sent me and I still cannot get a good deal. Constantly getting drips off of the oil pan. Mainly around the rear engine cover area where the half circle seal is. I’ve tried using the ford rtv in the corners to help but still no luck.

Poor design
Wish I had just purchased the silicone from my local for dealer.. this pan gasket leaks like a s.o.b. I pulled the cab and engine installed with engine upside down. Had fitment issues with install and upon first start up immediately leaked oil from passenger rear corner.
