Internal o-ring and fiber backup split ring along with the IPR to HPOP sealing o-ring
Replace the worn o-ring and split backup ring that can cause poor performance and lost fuel mileage with this economical kit.The internal o-ring can get worn and have high pressure oil leak by and cause rough idle and poor performance. You may not need a new IPR valve, just replace the worn out seals.
This kit has the o-rings and split washer that the more expensive IPR re-seal kit has but does not supply the metal spacer and tin nut.
The advantage that this kit has is that this kits o-rings are made of DuPont Viton, not Nitrile as in the Ford kit.
The kit contains the internal Viton o-ring and backup ring that seals the pump's high pressure oil from the regulated oil pressure that feed the engine's oil rail. It also contains a Viton o-ring to seal the IPR to the pump body and an instruction sheet.
