This is the 1999.5-2003 F-Series intake boot from the filter to the crankcase vent. Replacement for your worn and cracked factory tube or as a replacement for your Early 99 intake so that you can run a Motorcraft AIS kit.

Reverted my Cone style filter to an AIS air box filter and had misplaced the boot. Super fast shipping. Complete with clamps, some non-Ford parts come with cheep non-secured hose clamps, but this is the real deal, worth it.

My original boot developed a hole in it from a mechanics poor install. This boot fit perfectand to anyone who needs to replace theirs the price is right.
