With your purchase of the cups, we offer you the option to rent the injector cup puller/installer for $75. The rental fee will be taken from the $499 rental tool deposit paid at checkout, with the remaining deposit refunded upon our receipt of the rental tool in good condition. Simply email us within 30 days when you finish with the tool and we will send you a pre-paid USPS shipping label to return the tool.* Our Patented puller allows you to remove the cups without removing the heads or using a slide hammer. Also, by using the tool to grab the cup, you can inspect each cup for damage once it has been removed. Other methods (typically a tap) are likely to damage the cup during the removal process and create shavings that end up in your cylinders. Our Patented install tool is really the breakthrough; rather than hammering on your new cups in tight spaces and hoping they are seated, simply use a socket and allow the tool to press the cup in. The tool allows for a completely seated cup every time; no guessing and no hammering, even on the back cylinders or e-series vans. To ensure our install tool doesn't deform your new cup as our competitors tools do, it is machined to engage both the full surface of the cup bottom and the top lip. The tool also features an o-ring as a keeper to allow strategic placement of the cup in the injector bore instead of dropping it in and risking displacement of your sealant. In order to allow the cup to seat without turning in the head, the install tool is engineered to include a ball bearing to prevent cup rotation while being pressed in. We also have available for purchase the retaining compound and injector o-rings used by Ford and International when reinstalling the cups. |

Excellent Injector Cup Set
Once again Riffraff Diesel is proving why they are the leader in the 7.3 powerstroke market. These cups are innovative, unbelievable quality, and a must that should be a no brainer. Quick delivery, and all the items I needed to replace the stock brass cups. The rental tool made the job much easier than I thought, and we are back on the road. Almost 20,000 miles now pulling our 5th wheel and no issues. Thank you guys for all the great products and excellent customer service.

Beautiful!
I had to replace the injectors in my truck and don't like doing things twice, so while I was there I figured I would change these out as well! I also used the rental too l(Highly recommend!! Amazing tool!!) The rental tool, directions and advice from Clay made this job very doable even for someone with as little experience as me. Thank you RiffRaff for a great product, a great tool, and great customer service!!

Awesome injector cups
Went with the stainless steel cups for a few reasons. Stainless steel has an expansion rate closer to that of the iron the heads are made off so should be less stress on the cups. Then because the cups are made of stainless steel you don't have to run the recommended green coolant that doesn't last too long. You can use ELC coolant like the cat stuff everyone wants to use. Lastly these injector cups are beefy. They are much thicker and cnc machined instead of pressed like the brass cups. This makes them structurally more sound and should hold up to more heat cycles over brass. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to replace the brass ones with something very high quality.
