With your purchase of the cups, we offer you the option to rent the injector cup puller/installer for $75. The rental fee will be taken from the $499 rental tool deposit paid at checkout, with the remaining deposit refunded upon our receipt of the rental tool in good condition. Simply email us within 30 days when you finish with the tool and we will send you a pre-paid USPS shipping label to return the tool.* Our Patented puller allows you to remove the cups without removing the heads or using a slide hammer. Also, by using the tool to grab the cup, you can inspect each cup for damage once it has been removed. Other methods (typically a tap) are likely to damage the cup during the removal process and create shavings that end up in your cylinders. Our Patented install tool is really the breakthrough; rather than hammering on your new cups in tight spaces and hoping they are seated, simply use a socket and allow the tool to press the cup in. The tool allows for a completely seated cup every time; no guessing and no hammering, even on the back cylinders or e-series vans. To ensure our install tool doesn't deform your new cup as our competitors tools do, it is machined to engage both the full surface of the cup bottom and the top lip. The tool also features an o-ring as a keeper to allow strategic placement of the cup in the injector bore instead of dropping it in and risking displacement of your sealant. In order to allow the cup to seat without turning in the head, the install tool is engineered to include a ball bearing to prevent cup rotation while being pressed in. We also have available for purchase the retaining compound and injector o-rings used by Ford and International when reinstalling the cups. |

Stainless Cups
I dropped these off at the machine shop with my heads and when I picked it all back up they wanted to know where I found them. They said they couldn't believe the quality and were even more excited when I told them they were made in the USA. They said that they would be finding you guys and only buying these from now on! Glad I found you and that your make such nice stuff it even made the machinists impressed. Keep up the awesome job.

SS injector cup
Very nice cups. Look and feel superior to the brass cups! The rental tool made pulling and installing a breeze. I would recommend both to anyone needing to replace their cups.

Injector cups and tool
Cups look good and went in good, they are buried deep now but I expect them to outlast me.
The tools was a must have and made the job easier, no hammering in tight spaces. I used thread cutting oil and cleaned the tools threads between each extraction. Was plenty of locktite retaining compound. Insertion was a piece of cake, 35 ft lbs did it for me. If I ever do this job again I will rent this tool set. -

quality you can see
I used brass last time on my dads 2002, but thought I would try these on my 1999. Went right in, just like the OEM brass but you can really see the quality in these. They are heavy duty, stout and I bet they will last forever. Thank you guys for always innovating for these trucks, and producing such a great product.

Slick idea
Full disclosure, I hear about these on a YouTube channel and while Im so glad I learned they were available the person making the video constantly mentioned how hard stainless were to install. I was worried that I might have issues with install, but got them anyway. I have NO idea what he was talking about because they went right in, no difficulty at all. This was as easy as the job gets thanks to riffraff's cup tool set. Take my advise, and get these quality built cups and don't believe everything you hear on the internet.
