High Flow Fuel CVD™ Fitting Set for Ford 7.3L 99-03
By removing the restrictive stock check valve fitting and replacing with our custom machined high flow check valve delete fitting you not only remove considerable turbulence, but also allow more than 3x more flow than stock. This allows you to feed up to Stage 1.5 injectors on your stock fuel system and not starve them for fuel while maximizing performance. We recommend changing the 7-004 fuel sleeves on the CVD fitting when you install.
- 7075 Black Anodized Aluminum
- 3x Higher Flow over stock
- Quick Easy Install
- Uses stock fuel lines for easy installation
- 100% Made In USA
Quantity of 1 = 2 Fitting. 2 fitting are required for new install, one per head.
*Note: These Check Valve Delete fittings aren't needed if you use the SS Braided Fuel Feed Lines as they already included adapters that service this purpose.

Great product
Did these with a bunch of upgrades at same time. Glad I went with the high flow fittings. Take the 4 bolts out of the Alternator/power steering pump bracket and move it forward out of way and you will have plenty of room to get the old OEM fitting off of the drivers side head. You will need to do this anyway if installing the high flow banjo bolts. These are high quality fittings, thanks Riff Raff.

This fixes the most restrictive part of the fuel system and for under $30 why not.

What a difference from stock fittings
Part of my turbo project. I couldn't believe how restrictive the stock fittings were. These and the FRX have turned my 7.3 into a purring kitten.

Cackle Suppresant!
Great product eliminated the Cackle smoothed out idle and flows way more fuel than the screened stock fittings. Don't forget to buy the o-rings. Most likely they will need to be replaced and when you see how much is evolved for install you will not want to have to fix a leak later. The passenger rear is the worse of it do to the tight location and removal of parts to access. Do like I did since you are already there and replace all of the fuel system o-rings at this time. It is well worth the time and money for the parts and it does what it says. Highly recommend this product. Fast delivery as well.

Definitely larger than stock
These were fairly easy to install. You might need an angled, line wrench for the rear fitting on the passenger side or some stubby wrenches.
Seems these should be paired with the bigger openings in the high flow banjo bolts to really "open up the system" as others have stated. One wonders what the purpose of the stock fitting with screen filters and restrictive passage was supposed to accomplish. Still haven't found a definitive answer on that one.
