High Flow Fuel CVD™ Fitting Set for Ford 7.3L 99-03

By removing the restrictive stock check valve fitting and replacing with our custom machined high flow check valve delete fitting you not only remove considerable turbulence, but also allow more than 3x more flow than stock.  This allows you to feed up to Stage 1.5 injectors on your stock fuel system and not starve them for fuel while maximizing performance. We recommend changing the 7-004 fuel sleeves on the CVD fitting when you install.

- 7075 Black Anodized Aluminum
- 3x Higher Flow over stock
- Quick Easy Install
- Uses stock fuel lines for easy installation
- 100% Made In USA

Quantity of 1 = 2 Fitting.  2 fitting are required for new install, one per head.

*Note: These Check Valve Delete fittings aren't needed if you use the SS Braided Fuel Feed Lines as they already included adapters that service this purpose.

1999-2003 7.3L Powerstroke *VLV-4 Fuel Sleeves are recommended for installation

    Your 7.3 will thank you

Bought these because I was doing some upgrades and it would be easier to install with everything taken apart. WOW, the stock ones are so restricted you can barely blow through them. Love the new ones and so does the truck. Definitely cleaned up idle.

    Replace Restrictive OEM Fittings

Not too bad of a job when you're changing out turbo and hpop.

Buy the fuel sleeves from Riffraff

Posted by DieselRider on Nov 2nd 2016

The Viton fuel sleeves are a must, buy them from Riffraff when you buy the CVD fittings. You can buy them at Ford, in a set of 6 for $30+,which you may want to do and replace all the sleeves on the fuel lines when you do this install. The fuel line along the inside of the passenger bank is super easy to take all the way out so you can pull off the old fuel sleeves and install the new ones without kinking the line. My passenger side Ford check valve was full of decayed fuel sleeve, so keep I. Mind if they get that bad again, some will go into the fuel system in the head.

    OEM Fittings Are Too Restrictive!

Posted by Dave J on Oct 20th 2016

Take your OEM fittings off and take a look inside...You'll wonder how fuel even gets through them! Buy these with the FRx, and High-Flow Banjo Bolts, and give the engine the flow it needs!

This should be sold as a kit with the FRx return system and banjo bolts. I didn't find out about this until after I got my truck running and the injectors were making a bunch of weird noise from air in the system. If you're getting into your fuel system, BUY ALL 3 AND PUT THEM IN!!!
It really did smooth out the idle! You won't believe any fuel could get through the stock ones, these are wide open!!
