High Flow Fuel CVD™ Fitting Set for Ford 7.3L 99-03

By removing the restrictive stock check valve fitting and replacing with our custom machined high flow check valve delete fitting you not only remove considerable turbulence, but also allow more than 3x more flow than stock.  This allows you to feed up to Stage 1.5 injectors on your stock fuel system and not starve them for fuel while maximizing performance. We recommend changing the 7-004 fuel sleeves on the CVD fitting when you install.

- 7075 Black Anodized Aluminum
- 3x Higher Flow over stock
- Quick Easy Install
- Uses stock fuel lines for easy installation
- 100% Made In USA

Quantity of 1 = 2 Fitting.  2 fitting are required for new install, one per head.

*Note: These Check Valve Delete fittings aren't needed if you use the SS Braided Fuel Feed Lines as they already included adapters that service this purpose.

1999-2003 7.3L Powerstroke *VLV-4 Fuel Sleeves are recommended for installation

    Great mod

Posted by Unknown on Oct 24th 2017

I was impressed on how it made my 7.3 more quite. Better MPG by one or two. I did this mod in conjunction with the banjo bolts. Make sure you get the Viton sleeves for the fuel lines.

    Don't second guess it...buy it!

Posted by Daniel on Sep 14th 2017

I installed these fittings when I did my turbo upgrades so I can't say it did anything for power and throttle response but I can definitely tell a difference on how smooth and quite the injectors were! Side by side with the riff raff fittings vs the stockers you can see a huge difference. Don't forget the 1/4 in sleeves. Like all riff raff products it was nothing but the best quality!

    It just makes sense

I was really impressed of the difference of opening inside these fittings over the original ones, everyone should do that on their 7.3l, for the price you get these and how easy it is to do, I think there is no reason not to

I love RiffRaff products and these are awesome as far as fuel flow and non restrictive compared to the factory ones, couldn't be more satisfied.

    Better than stock

These fittings were not to bad of an install. They flow a lot better than the stock ones. Make sure to buy new sleeves for these when installing them.

    Smoother Idle - Don't Forget O-Rings

Posted by John on Apr 27th 2017

Works as it should..Most of the reviews had additional upgrades included in the review. I chose to only replace the Fuel Lines and CVD fittings. Smoothes out idle and saw 2-3 psi gain in Fuel Pressure..Went from 53psi stock to 57-58 psi. Less drop in pressure during full throttle.

When installing the driver side CVD, loosen the Alternator/Power Steering Assembly (4 bolts) to allow plenty of room to work. I'd also suggest removing the Fuel Bowl. (2 bolts) and plugs).

Make sure you order the Parker Viton O-Rings for the fuel bowl lines... 1/4, 5/16, and 3/8...Order spares..cause you'll likely drop them when trying to install. for $2..it's worth it!

    Quality

Yet again, another great product from RDP! Added another element of quieting down the engine and improving fuel flow. Abandon the restrictive stockers for these and you will certainly hear a difference!

    I followed Powerstrokehelp.com fuel advice

Posted by Brandon on Jan 15th 2017

First off. This was a great product for my 2000 f350 7.3, with 440k. I paid for these fitings as I watched Bill at Powerstroke help do his fuel mods. The products that Riffraff sold and upgrading my old fuel system with the new improvemts really woke up my old 7.3.
