Garrett TP38 High Flow Outlet 7.3L Ford (94-97 F-Series, 94-03 E-Series)
The Garrett TP38 High Flow Outlet allows for better exhaust flow since it doesn't have an exhaust back pressure valve built in. This is a required piece when you use the Garrett deleted pedestal.

Very good product. Fit my 97 f250. It only comes with just the outlet, so you will have to reuse the bolts or buy separately.

5 EBPV Delete
Posted by ANTHONY SALVANO on Oct 29th 2023
I purchased this and a blank pedestal for a ebpv delete and it bolted up as it should and looks good. Riffraff is my new go to place for all my 7.3 Powerstroke needs, Clay always gets back to me fast with any questions I have. Thank you Clay and everyone at Riffraff!!!

Mine came in a KC Turbo’s box and with a KC turbos sticker. Whether it was manufactured by Garrett or KC I don’t really care, it cleans things up and results in better flow since I did the EBPV delete!

3 Garrett TP38 High Flow Outlet 94-97
Posted by Pete 1997 7.3L CA on Apr 28th 2019
This part gets rid of the EBV actuator linkage that obstructs the lower 8mm 12 point bolt - one of three that holds the outlet on. Of all the bolt reputed to be difficult to remove on the entire turbo, this one was the worst (used 8mm 12 point 3/8 drive deep socket, long handle flex head ratchet, removed the lower bolts on the exhaust downpipe). Unfortunately, this new part still has the casting for the EBV mechanism (see picture - the solid cylindrical appendages) - I think that's what it is, it appears to serve no purpose. These are worse obstructions to the 8mm bolt than the EBV linkage and mechanism itself. It may be possible to grind these off. It would be better if Riff Raff developed an outlet without the appendages. It would make 94-97 turbo removal/installation much easier.
