I purchased a Riffraff compressor wheel for my stock Garrett turbo (2002 F350). I decided to pull the turbo off instead of just installing the compressor wheel. Everything looked good, matter of fact, great. BUT, I decided to follow the advise of having the turbo balanced. So, I ordered the Garrett GTP turbine wheel/shaft assembly just in case. Well, the original turbine wheel/shaft was out of balance by 500 grams!! So, very glad I purchased it . . . and glad I followed Clays advise about having the turbo balanced. 500 grams will make a difference!
