Our 2nd Generation FRx™ System utilizes Eaton Aeroquip® 304 Stainless Steel Braided lines covered with a groundbreaking protective layer of HYTREL® from DuPont.
The FRx™ was made to solve the 'deadhead' fuel rail issue on the 99-03 Powerstroke engine by connecting the two heads and allowing a metered return you allow the air another return path, rather than forcing it through your injectors. This product was designed to eliminate the need to cut your return line and use compression fittings, so that it is a true bolt on system. We have also machined the FRx™ block to provide from stock to 72 psi of fuel pressure depending on which spring you choose to install it with. By using our kit and eliminating the air in the fuel system you can experience smoother, quieter idle, less cackle, and better throttle response among other things. You will also be increasing your injector life as well by utilizing the FRx™ and creating a regulated return back to the tank. Protective covers are also pre-installed to prevent chaffing of engine components from the SS braided line. These covers are also great if you want to keep the system looking OE and not draw attention to it once installed.

Products really makes a difference in eng noise and feel, but its a pain in the butt to install, well worht it though piece if mind knowing air is nt forced threw injectors .

Installed this on my E450 and it really quited things down in the cab. Liked the quality of the product all the way down to the new square fuel line seal that's provided. It's a tight fit in the van, but works.

Smooth
Like all the reviews say, the FRX makes the engine smoother and quieter. Still running the stock pressure. I did this mod at the same time as the checkvalve delete fittings. Definitely worth doing.

FRX Return System
Great idea, and application of this system. Install went well with use of the instructions and the kit seems very well built. My idle is much smoother and it really seems like the truck fires almost twice as fast. Recommend you get the socket that is offered as well for the square plugs in the head. The socket fit a 1/4 inch ratchet and made it an easy removal.

FPX Success!
Installed this on my late modle 99 powerstroke. Very happy with the results. The rear plug was a little bit of a pain to remove. Truck runs much smoother and quieter at idle. Seems more responsive on the road. Starts easier on cold starts.

Amazing difference
This is a must have. You really don’t know what you’re missing until you install this. I coupled this with Riffraff steelbraided fuel lines and all the fittings. Together they are perfect. Truck runs much cleaner, throttle response is night and day. Overall drive ability is total different. Smoother, crispier, and even quieter. Thank you Riffraff for another great product
