Our 2nd Generation FRx™ System utilizes Eaton Aeroquip® 304 Stainless Steel Braided lines covered with a groundbreaking protective layer of HYTREL® from DuPont.
The FRx™ was made to solve the 'deadhead' fuel rail issue on the 99-03 Powerstroke engine by connecting the two heads and allowing a metered return you allow the air another return path, rather than forcing it through your injectors. This product was designed to eliminate the need to cut your return line and use compression fittings, so that it is a true bolt on system. We have also machined the FRx™ block to provide from stock to 72 psi of fuel pressure depending on which spring you choose to install it with. By using our kit and eliminating the air in the fuel system you can experience smoother, quieter idle, less cackle, and better throttle response among other things. You will also be increasing your injector life as well by utilizing the FRx™ and creating a regulated return back to the tank. Protective covers are also pre-installed to prevent chaffing of engine components from the SS braided line. These covers are also great if you want to keep the system looking OE and not draw attention to it once installed.

FRx Fuel Return
Received product on time. Ordered from RD2 Fuel Systems. All parts are great quality and made right. Simple install. Truck had injector #8 cackle that almost sounded like a misfire. Installed kit and cackle is gone. Truck has never idled smoother. Highly recommend

FRx Crossover
Wow! Quality and packaging were superior. Machining was precise and well finished. Fittings were crimped for a perfect install. Fast shipping. They even started to include the square socket everybody bitches about….that’s going to the next level. Just pissed they didn’t include a Riff Raff custom ratchet too. Loved purchasing from a Christian company. I probably won’t buy from another diesel parts provider again. Give these guys your business!

This is a must for a 7.3. Changes the whole game
I bought this a while back and tried myself to put it on and ended up stripping the driver side plug but my mechanic managed to get it done. After the installation I was like wowwwwww. What a huge difference in how the truck runs. Trust me if u dont have this in your truck you are missing out on a hugeeeeeeee upgrade kind of a challenge to get the driver side but worth every effort. Thanks Mr Clay for a awesome upgrade. 10+ for this one and everything riffraff has to offer. Been buying from them for a long time & never disappointed.

Great product, better throttle response!
I have a 2002 7.3 F250 with a DP tuner and other common mods. I put these 2 kits on together. My truck has much better throttle response! I did put 3/4” reflective fiberglass protective sleeve (from Oreilly auto parts) on the FPX line on the driver side line as it is close to the exhaust up pipe, I used plastic 1/2” loon to protect the other 3 lines from chaffing. I was able to remove the factory fuel NPT plugs with a small adjustable wrench but a square socket is the best tool of you have it. Make sure all fittings are snugged down. With the gold spring on the FRX regulator. My truck runs smoother, and stronger. I highly recommend these 2 kits!

WOW!
What a difference it made. I am going 60+ MPH on the highway and it super quiet. It does not sound like it's struggling any more and its much smoother . It used to sound pretty violent at 70 mph and now its quieter. it feels like i am going a lot slower than 70 mph... best product they offer!
