Fuel Rail Crossover™ (FRx) - 6.0L 03-07 Powerstroke
"The Prescription For Your Fuel System Needs®"
Our FRx™ System utilizes Eaton Aeroquip® 304 Stainless Steel Braided lines covered with a groundbreaking protective layer of black HYTREL® from DuPont.
The FRx™ was made to solve the 'deadhead' fuel rail issue on the 03-07 6.0L Powerstroke engine by connecting the two heads and allowing a metered return you allow the air another return path, rather than forcing it through your injectors. This product was designed to eliminate the need to cut your return line and use compression fittings, so that it is a true bolt on system. By using our kit and eliminating the air in the fuel system you can experience smoother, quieter idle, less cackle, and better throttle response among other things. You will also be increasing your injector life as well by utilizing the FRx™ and creating a regulated return back to the tank. Protective covers are also pre-installed to prevent chaffing of engine components from the SS braided line. These covers are also great if you want to keep the system looking OE and not draw attention to it once installed.

Regulated Return System
This is an excellent idea and well executed. Wasn't difficult to install, but it helped I was replacing the up-pipes at the same time anyway. Machining is top notch, and the lines are very nice quality. I did also get he optional High Flow Banjos as well so I could replace the stock ones at the same time.

Instructions
If this kit works as good as they say it will be an amazing upgrade to anyone's 6.0. The instructions really SUCK. It shows some pictures with the engine in the truck and some out of the truck. Not sure what year engine they are working on, but my engine, an 03, has a different intake and egr cooler than what they show in the instructions so I am having to figure out how to route the supply lines. If you do not work on these trucks regularly I suggest taking it to a shop that will install it for you. Trust me it is worth the price to pay. Laying on your back in your garage and trying to reach the back of the head SUCKS.

Quality Kit
I had one of these on my 7.3, and loved it. Now that they came out with it for my 6.0L I knew I had to jump on it. Starts faster, idles quieter, Looks stock when installed.

6.0 FRX
Install was very straight forward with the excellent install instructions included with it. Parts were very high quality even down to the hardware used. I’ve noticed the injectors don’t cackle loud as they used to and an increase in MPG, about an extra mile to the gallon.
