6.0L Driver Side Metal Intercooler CAC Tube Kit - Ford 03-07
This will replace your driver side plastic CAC/ Intercooler tube on 2004.5-2006 6.0L Powerstrokes. If you choose the "intercooler tube" option then it will come with the standard black Ford boots.
Kit includes:
- Ford OEM CAC Tube and Boots
- Riffraff Diesel CAC Boots (Selection Optional)
- SS T-Bolt clamp kit
This kit only fits F-Series that have the plastic CAC tube on the driver side.
Ford cac tube only comes with 3 clamps, unless you order our boots. Then we send new clamps for them.
Replaces 6C34-6C646-BC plastic tube and 6C3Z-6C640-AA Metal Tube

Great upgrade over the stock plastic tube!
The Cold side intercooler tube on my 2005 f250 is plastic... When I first bought the truck @ 60k miles, I inspected this tube and found a crack in the expansion ribs right after the connection to the intercooler. I attempted a "repair" with some high temp silicone and fiberglass material. My repair held up but the tube cracked in a different spot 20k miles later. Replacement Plastic tube from ford was nearly 2x the cost of this kit! Also priced the stock metal tube from 4 different ford dealerships and it was over $200 without boots & clamps....Decided to replace the entire tube with this setup from Riffraff. Installed with ease, looks good, and I have peace of mind that the intercooler tube will not blow again. The connection boots & clamps from Riffraff are very high quality as well! And the price is excellent too! Thanks Riffraff! :-)

This intercooler pipe and boot kit is a must! Perfect fit and the color option is the icing on the cake. The boots are more robust than the stock boots and dress up the engine bay nicely. My old boots were just dogged out and these are a great product to give me piece of mind. Would definitely recommend to any loyal 6.0 owner.

Riff Raff kit 2005 F-250 6.0
My factory plastic could side intercooler pipe broke. So I called my ford dealer to order a 03 metal pipe but they don't sale them any more just the plastic one. So I bout the Riff Raff kit! It went in easy looks good & works great.

This is a no brainer
I've replaced two of the plastic tubes and for a cheaper price you can get a metal one. Just because you buy your performance parts here does not mean you do not get good prices.
