6.0L Driver Side Metal Intercooler CAC Tube Kit - Ford 03-07
This will replace your driver side plastic CAC/ Intercooler tube on 2004.5-2006 6.0L Powerstrokes. If you choose the "intercooler tube" option then it will come with the standard black Ford boots.
Kit includes:
- Ford OEM CAC Tube and Boots
- Riffraff Diesel CAC Boots (Selection Optional)
- SS T-Bolt clamp kit
This kit only fits F-Series that have the plastic CAC tube on the driver side.
Ford cac tube only comes with 3 clamps, unless you order our boots. Then we send new clamps for them.
Replaces 6C34-6C646-BC plastic tube and 6C3Z-6C640-AA Metal Tube

Works as advertised
Went in easier than removing the old plastic pipe.
I did add a section of flashing on the top side of the lower hose connection using the clamps (so it doesn't rest/rub on the boots) to try and protect it from the underside of the gigantic air box, which is what put the holes in the old plastic pipe to begin with. -

Worthwhile upgrade!
Easy to install. Well made and includes every part you need to complete the job. Should of done this sooner the OEM plastic pipe is a joke compared to this.

Great fix for the leaking plastic IC Pipe
Install was very easy and no more leaking from there plastic IC pipe. Looks much better than the cheap plastic one as well. Overall an easy upgrade.

A great investment.
My 06 was very hard to warm up then I had an air leak found out that the plastic tube was cracked researched air tubes found out ford made a aluminum one after looking at different vendors Riffraff showed up best price purchased installed truck warms up really fast low end is a little stronger around 60 mph truck runs really good now for intake head bolts programmer egr delete should have around 420-450 hp hopefully. Will be buying parts from your company again.
