6.0L Driver Side Metal Intercooler CAC Tube Kit - Ford 03-07
This will replace your driver side plastic CAC/ Intercooler tube on 2004.5-2006 6.0L Powerstrokes. If you choose the "intercooler tube" option then it will come with the standard black Ford boots.
Kit includes:
- Ford OEM CAC Tube and Boots
- Riffraff Diesel CAC Boots (Selection Optional)
- SS T-Bolt clamp kit
This kit only fits F-Series that have the plastic CAC tube on the driver side.
Ford cac tube only comes with 3 clamps, unless you order our boots. Then we send new clamps for them.
Replaces 6C34-6C646-BC plastic tube and 6C3Z-6C640-AA Metal Tube

As usual Riffraff has the best price and quick shipping. Nice upgrade from the plastic CAC tube. I ordered the Riffraff boots with the kit, they are significantly better material than the stock ones. Took some time to remove the Ford boots, they had adhered themselves to the tube. Ordered 4 clamps in addition to the kit and ended up with 8 clamps plus the 2 clamps the Ford boots were attached to the tube with.

I get it was the budget item out of the few, but one of the boots was a few inches too short and I was forced to buy another boot that was a little longer just so I could get it to work. Was it a marketing tactic to just get you to buy more? I’m not sure. It works just fine, for now. But I wouldn’t recommend buying it unless you’re prepared to drop another $40-60 on another boot to make it work.

Great product at the best price I could find anywhere. Comes with three clamps if you choose the Ford boots, so need to order a clamp for the intercooler connection (which Riffraff is currently out of, thanks Supply Chain!).

Quiche shipping. The tube replaced the plastic one perfectly. The boots are less than desirable. Going to replace with riff raff when they get stock back.

I guess if you only pay for the ford clamp version, you get the scraps without the clamps. Update your picture Riff Raff. I guess i have to go to the dealer after all to get the right clamps.
