Installed this on my 1999.5 CCLB with ZF6 4x4 truck.
Everything fit pretty well. The down pipe did have a pinhole leak on the weld, which I welded shut. The downpipe flange on my kit has never sealed properly to the Turbo outlet. Right now i'm just living with it, as once the truck warms up to temp, the leak sound goes away. This kit is the most affordable kit I've seen, and I'm happy with the product at this price point. If this was the same price as the MBRP, I would expect QC to be a little better.

don't expect instructions because there aren't any. if you want any chance of a clean install you'll need a welder and some spare 1/2" bar stock and a good way to bend it. the pipe its self decent but some of the angles weren't right making it a pain. had to modify the rear heat shield bracket so it wouldn't touch and if you have a flip ball hitch youll need to cut 2.5 inch off the front end of the pipe going over the axle.. the hangers they sent were a disaster only one was remotely close to where it should be sloppy welds with slag and mig wire still hanging off of it i compared the hangers from two of the same kits and they didn't match at all. don't fight it just weld up your own hangers. for the price its ok if you have your own metal shop.

Fit my 2000 F350 2wd crew cab longbed perfectly. Only had to trim the tip to line up with the tire. Everything else went as planned.

Took quite a bit of tightening of each clamp to get the pipe to seal and be secure in each slip joint. Overall happy with the kit.

This exhaust with the muffler delete paired with the huge air filter from riff raff was super easy to install. I was worried about the increased noise in the cab, but there was very little if any increase. It sounds mean outside and the throttle response is hugely inproved

Fit great. Easy install. Ordered an 18” tip and cut the tailpipe so it angled out. Sounds good

My diamond eye 4" exhaust with muffler delete is awesome. It has amazing sound, amazing quality took about an hour to install. Shipping was top notch.

Amazing

I was worried about getting the straight pipe because it might be really loud and annoying. However it was not. It was slightly deeper of a pitch inside the cab. I could hear the turbo whistle a lot better . Outside the cab the sound was mean and deep, but again not too loud at all. I am getting 1-2 mpg better and I can notice the increase in power. The only negative thing I would say is the instructions Diamond Eye sent are absolute junk. I ended up throwing them in the wood stove and did without them.
