I bought this expecting it to not fit perfect, but I am actually blown away at how awful it fits.

In my case I raised the body by one inch along with installing an S&B Body Bushing kit. I also "massaged" the pinch-weld on the cab using some percussive engineering while the engine was out. Once in, the top pipe slipped nicely down behind the engine and down along the transmission. The slip joint is very nice to help adjust for proper length and a bit of angle.

Unfortunately in my case, probably due to the one-inch body lift (and the exhaust being mounted to the frame), the pipe does not mate to the CAT very well. The angle is a bit off and I'm fearful of leaks at that joint. After things are all back together, I'll probably take it to a pro for a little adjustment.

Overall though, I am pleased I was able to fit this in and look forward to much better exhaust flow over the stock flat pipe.

NOTE: I have a ZF 5-speed Manual in my truck and this fit nicely with the one-inch lift. I'm not sure it would have fit as well without it but may have.

Also note.... try not to drop the bottom pipe. I did at some point and put a slight dent in the mating opening preventing it from slipping over the upper pipe. A little gentle hammering rounded it back out and slipped on nicely.

Not happy with the welds at all and the inlet wasn't flared evenly

First time buying a diamond eye product and I am less than impressed. Welds are terrible. Somehow an 1/8" hole where they burned through was overlooked.

Bought the stainless steel version. Very happy with quality. Installed when I did the turbo pedestal. Only minor mods had to be done to firewall. No cutting. Highly recommend!

Worked good, had to trim a small amount to fit my application

Worked great and installation was fairly simple.

The fit was perfect, all the bends and angles are in the right places to run straight down the bell housing and transmission.

Good fit did have to cut about 2 to 3 inches off the top of the bottom tube.
