Complete CAC Intercooler Boot Kit Ford 7.3L Powerstroke 99-03
This complete kit consists of 6 pieces of 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone hoses that are specially made for Riffraff Diesel to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 500 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 150 psi working pressure.
Available in Blue, Red, and Black.
You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that fit both because fitment should be snug. Your metal intercooler tubes are 3" on all years so you don't even need a tape measure, just take off the boot, flip it around and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need.
We offer Early 99 plenum boots as well. These can be identified by the small 2" plenum inlet where the 99.5-03 have a 3" plenum intake and the truck production date would be 12/7/98 or before. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

I may have damaged the OEM boots by over tightening, or left them too loose because of fear of damaging them. Not so with these. They are heavy duty! Perfect fit for my 7.3.

I've got over 300k miles on my F-350 and it still had original boots. They were definitely seeping oil, and leaking here or there. These new blue boots look great, are thicker (and slightly longer), and are not leaking after installation. Thank you Riffraff!

Took me 1.5 years to be able to buy these because of out of stock issues. One batch sold out in a few hours which is wild. Go ahead and enter your email to be notified if you wanna get in this night club. They are quite nice, just riff would find a way to have them in stock and easier to buy. The driver side was harder for me to install than the passenger side. Boost is up a few psi and the nasty leaks are gone. Get the clamps while youre here and start fresh.

This was a straight forward upgrade to my factory boots. Excellent quality and haven't had a single issue with them while towing my 5th wheel.
I have found that Emma works great for me. I love to garden and I am most comfortable when I wear my hair up. So much cooler to work with in the summer! I have purchased more than one - one for when I'm gardening and the other when I'm out and about. It fits the bill for me!

What a classy, classic style! I am a big fan of Freedom as I now have 5 or 6 of them in different colors. I love this new Natural Grey. I love everything about this beautiful wig. She is the perfect length and color. I hope this new shade of grey remains a selection option and expands to other styles as well. Freedom is a beautiful wig!

Taylor in Irish Spice is a dream come true. The colors in the blend of fibers create a gorgeous red hue and the fibers themselves are so soft and luxurious they feel like healthy human hair. I have been suffering with Occipital Neuralgia and wigs have become very uncomfortable since they put pressure behind my ears, so I thought I’d try this topper, and it has been such a blessing! I can wear it all day with no discomfort, and it has enough hair to meet my needs. I’ve gotten so many compliments on how natural it looks also. Thank you for coming to my rescue Dani and Ro!

Three of my youngest daughters were diagnosed with breast cancer, as I was also in 2017 but never had chemo, which they all had. They insisted on purchasing real hair wigs. I received the Aria in frosted taupe a couple of weeks ago. It is absolutely perfect. I love the style and color. I wore it on vacation this past weekend and everyone complimented me. I put it on and I feel confident and beautiful.
After a year of wearing Bella top, I decided it was time to buy my first Godiva Wig. As I have a small circumference head and short forehead I was.
