Complete CAC Intercooler Boot Kit Ford 7.3L Powerstroke 99-03
This complete kit consists of 6 pieces of 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone hoses that are specially made for Riffraff Diesel to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 500 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 150 psi working pressure.
Available in Blue, Red, and Black.
You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that fit both because fitment should be snug. Your metal intercooler tubes are 3" on all years so you don't even need a tape measure, just take off the boot, flip it around and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need.
We offer Early 99 plenum boots as well. These can be identified by the small 2" plenum inlet where the 99.5-03 have a 3" plenum intake and the truck production date would be 12/7/98 or before. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

Much higher quality than stock
These are thicker, I reused my clamps, but I wish I had just bought new ones. Get new T-clamps. These work great.

Great Replacement
Bought the Riffraff Boots to replace factory boots on early 99 F350 with 190k miles. OEM boots were oily and I suspected leaking boost. 45 min job to swap them out. Be sure to know if your truck is early or late 99 if your truck is a 99 year model. I recommend doing the oil crossover tube and air intake heater delete , both available from Riffraff,while you have the inter cooler pipes removed. I didn’t but wish I would have. I’ll just have to remove the boots again. Happy with this purchase and other purchases from Riffraff. My only gripe is I ordered these boots and a TS Six Position Tuner and switch a couple of hours apart and paid for 2 day shipping on the boots. Rather than just packaging both orders together they sent them separately and they came days apart. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to throw the smaller lightweight switch in with the large box the boots came in.
