Complete CAC Intercooler Boot Kit Ford 7.3L Powerstroke 99-03
This complete kit consists of 6 pieces of 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone hoses that are specially made for Riffraff Diesel to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 500 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 150 psi working pressure.
Available in Blue, Red, and Black.
You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that fit both because fitment should be snug. Your metal intercooler tubes are 3" on all years so you don't even need a tape measure, just take off the boot, flip it around and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need.
We offer Early 99 plenum boots as well. These can be identified by the small 2" plenum inlet where the 99.5-03 have a 3" plenum intake and the truck production date would be 12/7/98 or before. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

This was the best price and quality boots I could find and very fast shipping only complaints as I read and expected before even purchasing is the lower boots being too long to line up the upper boots to the turbo easily but after that struggle I don't think they will be blowing off. These are alot thicker than the OEM boots with 295,600 miles and leaking everywhere they were long over due for replacement thanks Riffraff great product

Good quality tight fit
Had a pretty hard time getting these in I was pretty frustrated and vary rough with them. They handled my abuse fine and after a couple hours of informing my will on them they were in and look vary good and do there job vary well
