Complete CAC Intercooler Boot Kit Ford 7.3L Powerstroke 99-03
This complete kit consists of 6 pieces of 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone hoses that are specially made for Riffraff Diesel to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 500 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 150 psi working pressure.
Available in Blue, Red, and Black.
You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that fit both because fitment should be snug. Your metal intercooler tubes are 3" on all years so you don't even need a tape measure, just take off the boot, flip it around and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need.
We offer Early 99 plenum boots as well. These can be identified by the small 2" plenum inlet where the 99.5-03 have a 3" plenum intake and the truck production date would be 12/7/98 or before. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

Do yourself a big favor and get bigger clamps. It was world war 3 installing these with old clamps and I already don't have alot of room to play with in between each connection and with how stiff these are it was a battle. Guarantee I don't blow a boot anytime soon though!

The only product worth replacing old factory worn boots
Colors to choose from are a perk to match other upgrades. Fresh out of the box you can already tell these are better than factory motorcraft. I just replaced my originals at 253k and I doubt I will live long enough to replace these. Just a heads up these boots are thicker and original clamps may not fit. Only trouble I had was on the boot to plenum. Everything else fit just fine.

Much thicker than stock, overall a much Superior product that gets two thumbs up.
