Complete CAC Intercooler Boot Kit Ford 7.3L Powerstroke 99-03
This complete kit consists of 6 pieces of 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone hoses that are specially made for Riffraff Diesel to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 500 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 150 psi working pressure.
Available in Blue, Red, and Black.
You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that fit both because fitment should be snug. Your metal intercooler tubes are 3" on all years so you don't even need a tape measure, just take off the boot, flip it around and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need.
We offer Early 99 plenum boots as well. These can be identified by the small 2" plenum inlet where the 99.5-03 have a 3" plenum intake and the truck production date would be 12/7/98 or before. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

Great replacement for stock
These are way better than stock. My valley was getting lots of oil collection from my stock leaky boots. These are twice as thick, and my valley is bone dry now. Great product! Make sure you get the Riff Raff clamp kit too. The stock clamps are too small for the bigger diameter boots. My only suggestion to Riff Raff is that you make that an option when buying the boots. I didn't realize that until I went and installed the boots. I had to order the clamps separately. No a huge deal, but just a heads up.

The best intercooler boots money can buy!
I purchased complete kit with new clamps for my 03 F350. Riffraff has top notch quality products. You can definitely tell a big difference from the factory ones. Not to mention they make under your hood look awesome too!

Great Boots
Installed all new CAC boots on my 2000 Powerstroke. These boots are very thick and provide a great seal with no leakage at all. Riffraff is extremely quick getting the product to you, and they have great tutorials and customer service. Highly recommended for all your needs!

3 years and counting
I have been running these on my hotshot rig for over 3 years now. Work great and stick like glue. Just purchased a set for my 02' as I am so happy with the quality of my old set. Don't forget the plenum inserts though, they are a must.

Too sturdy and thick
You can tell that these CAC boots are going to be surperior to OEM boots but they made reinstall difficult for me. Not to mention they are just about to thick to reuse the OEM clamps. These boots have corrected the leak problem I was having but I’m not looking forward to removing them if I have to work on something else. I’m a huge fan of Riff Raff and most all of their products, but these would be the first I might consider something else in the future.
