Complete CAC Intercooler Boot Kit Ford 7.3L Powerstroke 99-03
This complete kit consists of 6 pieces of 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone hoses that are specially made for Riffraff Diesel to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 500 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 150 psi working pressure.
Available in Blue, Red, and Black.
You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that fit both because fitment should be snug. Your metal intercooler tubes are 3" on all years so you don't even need a tape measure, just take off the boot, flip it around and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need.
We offer Early 99 plenum boots as well. These can be identified by the small 2" plenum inlet where the 99.5-03 have a 3" plenum intake and the truck production date would be 12/7/98 or before. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

7.3 litre turbo related
My 7.3 after 230k on the clock needed some nicer clamps for all the Boots since there were some sealing issues. So I decided to go with new boots and the T clamps. Note: if you put each clamp on every piece you should easily see which clamps goes to which boot (preassemble to match up basically). I liked the entire ordering process and the q/a sessions to make sure of what I was getting. Yes I will be back. I installed 75% of the other parts too only because I had some SES codes (uvhc & glowplug relay) issues to correct at the same time.

Great replacement for stock
These are way better than stock. My valley was getting lots of oil collection from my stock leaky boots. These are twice as thick, and my valley is bone dry now. Great product! Make sure you get the Riff Raff clamp kit too. The stock clamps are too small for the bigger diameter boots. My only suggestion to Riff Raff is that you make that an option when buying the boots. I didn't realize that until I went and installed the boots. I had to order the clamps separately. No a huge deal, but just a heads up.

The best intercooler boots money can buy!
I purchased complete kit with new clamps for my 03 F350. Riffraff has top notch quality products. You can definitely tell a big difference from the factory ones. Not to mention they make under your hood look awesome too!
