Complete CAC Intercooler Boot Kit Ford 7.3L Powerstroke 99-03
This complete kit consists of 6 pieces of 4-ply Aramid reinforced silicone hoses that are specially made for Riffraff Diesel to withstand extreme temperatures to approximately 500 degrees F (vs. standard couplers that are good to 350 degrees F) and have been tested up to 150 psi working pressure.
Available in Blue, Red, and Black.
You will need to measure the inlet and outlet size of your intercooler to know what you have. We do not make a universal boot that fit both because fitment should be snug. Your metal intercooler tubes are 3" on all years so you don't even need a tape measure, just take off the boot, flip it around and see if it will fit on the inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need.
We offer Early 99 plenum boots as well. These can be identified by the small 2" plenum inlet where the 99.5-03 have a 3" plenum intake and the truck production date would be 12/7/98 or before. If you need help with sizing please give us a call to ensure you get what you need. We also offer clamp kits if you are still running your stock Ford clamps.

F250 7.3 diesel intercooler boot kit
Great product, the kit fit perfect as Clay said it would. The plenum stiffers were also easy to install and definitely made a difference in the stiffness of the plenum inlets. Great customer service.

CAC Intercooler Boot Kit
These are very good quality boots and are much better than stock boots. Just make sure to measure the intake spider boots for proper length. The new ones were 3/16” longer than factory and would not allow alignment of the turbo and spider intake. After a careful trim they fit perfect. Recommend getting a new clamp kit while your at it.

NIce boots
I installed these boots on my 2002 F250. They are much higher quality than the oil soaked factory boots. I also installed the plenum inserts, which is a must to get a good seal, along with the t-clamp kit. It was a bit of a pain but noticed a huge difference. I had no idea how much boost i was loosing with the old boots.

Great kit to replace the old oil soaked factory boots. Already did 2 of my trucks that had OEM boot failures and boost leaks. Two more to go.

Great product and solution
I have installed several sets of these boots for clients, and will continue to recommend them.
